YUM! The Sweet Potato Casserole Funnel Cake in EPCOT Did NOT Disappoint

The holiday season has OFFICIALLY arrived at EPCOT and you know what that means — we are on our way around the world at the 2020 Taste of EPCOT International Festival of the Holidays!

We’ve already had some stellar bites at Sapphire Holiday Kitchen, Le Marche de Noel, and Festival Favorites; but because our jobs are SO hard, we’re still going, and this time we’re at the Funnel Cake Stand in the American Adventure Pavilion for their new festival treat.

Here, you can find the Southern-inspired Sweet Potato Casserole Funnel Cake for $9.

It is topped with Marshmallow Topping, Cinnamon-Sugar, Honey-roasted Pecans, and a Caramel Drizzle.

And yes, this treat looks as good as it sounds! Those sticky toppings are spread out all over the top of a crisp and BEAUTIFUL funnel cake.

The dessert really DOES taste like casserole thanks to that marshmallow topping, and we loved the crunch of the nuts. If you’re a fan of marshmallow and fall spices, this treat could definitely be for you!
