Well…this is something we didn’t know we needed.

Disney World has really brought us a GIFT today, but before we tell you what it is, we’ve got a few questions. What’s better than Dole Whip? Dole Whip with coconut rum. What’s better than Dole Whip with coconut rum? OH WE’LL TELL YOU.

This. This is better than Dole Whip with coconut rum. Meet the new Lapu Hula from Pineapple Lanai at Disney’s Polynesian Village Resort and Spa.

This new offering is a HUGE serving of Pineapple Dole Whip swirled up into a beautiful peak and nestled inside a WHOLE HOLLOWED OUT PINEAPPLE.

And yes, it comes with a shot of coconut rum. The shot is served separately so you can pour it in yourself.

We really enjoyed eating this! The presentation makes sitting on the beach at the Polynesian that much sweeter.

We will DEFINITELY say it’s shareable. If you’re typically satisfied with a regular serving of Dole Whip, you may want to grab a friend to tackle this one.

So yes, turns out if you give us Dole Whip with coconut rum IN a pineapple, you’ve given us the apex treat.
