The Disney World water parks closed earlier along with the rest of Disney World. But now, even after much of Disney World has reopened, the water parks remain closed, at least until March 2021.
Several months ago, Disney sent an email to Annual Passholders about receiving a partial refund on their passes due to the water parks’ extended closure.
As of today, Annual Passholders are starting to receive emails indicating that these refunds have been processed and that they should expect the refund in the mail soon.
Per the previous email, the refund amount is calculated based on the price difference between what was paid for the Platinum Plus Pass and the price of a Platinum Annual Pass prorated by the number of days left on the pass before the water parks’ reopening. Refunds will be paid in a lump sum.

Yes, I received mine, but don’t expect much back for your refund! I calculated $54 refund and they sent me a $18 check! How is that a refund! I’m not happy!
