We’ve been keeping an eye on construction at the Walt Disney World Swan Reserve, the new addition at the Swan and Dolphin Resort!
The Walt Disney World Swan Reserve
The Swan Reserve will have over 300 guest rooms, a signature restaurant and bar, a health club, a pool, and more. It was previously announced that the new addition would be opening in summer 2021, but now we have a more specific idea of when the Swan Reserve will first welcome guests — and a preview of the rooms!
We recently got a sneak peek at the view from the roof of the Swan Reserve. The guest rooms will feature floor-to-ceiling windows, so the awesome view from around the hotel is one of the advantages the Swan Reserve will offer!

And it looks like things are moving along with the construction of the new building because the Marriott website has now been updated to show that the Swan Reserve is set to open in July 2021.

The website also includes a preview of the interior of the guest rooms at the hotel. Here’s a look at a room with two queen-size beds, with those floor-to-ceiling windows offering a view of Disney World property!

The Swan Reserve will also offer larger suites, which have a living room space for relaxing after a long day at the parks…

…as well as a separate bedroom area complete with, of course, another floor-to-ceiling window!

And if you want to really upgrade your stay, the Presidential Suite offers guests even more space to unwind!
