We’re big fans of Mickey-shaped food here at DFB!
From Mickey pretzels to Mickey waffles to Mickey ice cream bars, we think food just tastes better when it’s Mickey-shaped!
So while we were visiting BoardWalk Bakery on Disney’s BoardWalk this morning, we saw something VERY interesting — Mickey Breakfast Frittatas! Say what? Mickey-shaped eggs? We are SO in!
The Mickey Spinach & Feta Breakfast Frittata has a nice creamy texture in the mouth that managed to stay warm even after we had taken TONS of photos of it!
The feta really makes it rich, too — this one turned out to be our favorite of the two frittatas we tried!
The Mickey Sausage & Cheddar Frittata is a traditional eggs with meat and cheese kind of breakfast, which means it will probably be very popular with guests.
And if those are your preferred breakfast flavors, you’re going to love this one, which we have to say, is still pretty yummy, even if we prefer the more non-traditional spinach and feta flavors.
These are a fun and easy way to get a solid, protein-packed breakfast to keep your energy up for a full day of park touring…but they might also be a GREAT way to get kids to eat their eggs and spinach! The Mickey Breakfast Frittatas are $6.99 each.

These look delicious! Planning to go in early March so your articles are so helpful! Things have changed so much, especially dining. Could you tell me if you want to go to Boardwalk to have these for breakfast, can you park there for the day and head over to Epcot? Or is there some way they put a time limit on your car in the parking lot?
Thanks so much!
