It’s hard to believe that 2020 is almost behind us and 2021 is right around the corner!

We’ve already seen a ton of 2021 merchandise at Disney World, including jewelry, ornaments, pins, and even Minnie ears! But did you know that there’s also the Chinese New Year coming up on February 12th? And now we’ve spotted a brand new Chinese New Year item at Disney World!
But we didn’t find this item at the China Pavilion at EPCOT, where we would expect to find it. No, we spotted the Chinese New Year Minnie Ears at World of Disney in Disney Springs! These ears are gorgeous, too! They’re a vibrant red with beautiful gold accents.

The ears feature a golden pattern of Mickey heads, animals, flowers, and other icons.

The bow is sequined with golden embroidered flowers scattered over it.

The headband itself has the same pattern as the ears and has “2021” embroidered on it in gold. These are SO pretty!

I was at Epcot yesterday and noticed some countries are selling Minnie ears. Will all the countries have a version ? I’d like to collect all of them.
Rebecca, Disney hasn’t announced this, but we’ve seen them for a handful of countries already. I think the ones we’ve seen with the Spaceship Earth ears and flag bows are UK, France, Mexico, and Germany. France and the UK had a few options that were nation-specific in alternative designs, and Mexico also had a Day of the Dead design, too.
