We’ve officially changed over the calendar year and we’re kicking off the year by sharing what’s new at Disney Springs!
While you’re still trying to figure out how to turn the ’20’ in 2020 into ’21’ on everything you write, here’s all the new things you can find at Disney World’s shopping and dining district!
Disney Springs Food Update
Coca Cola Rooftop Bar
There’s a new attention-grabbing drink at the Coca-Cola Rooftop Beverage Bar and it’s SUPER photogenic! The new drink of the month is the Winter Flurry Punch and we had to give the electric blue drink a try!
The Winter Flurry Punch is made with Malibu Rum, Blue Curacao, Fanta Pineapple, and Sprite. It is garnished with a lemon slice and blue rock candy, adding a crunchy sugar rush to the drink. Whoever thought of adding rock candy to a cocktail, we ❤️ you.
We liked the fruity drink and thought of a few ways to make it even better. You can pick on up yourself for $10 at the rooftop bar now through the end of January!

Gideon’s Bakehouse Hot Cookie Hour
The highly anticipated Gideon’s Bakehouse location at Disney Springs has been open for less than 2 weeks, and we’ve already tried a lot of their popular cookies. But, we finally got to try the new special event called Hot Cookie Hour.
Hot Cookie Hour is available from 7PM-8PM (or until they sell out) at the bakehouse and during this limited time you can get a HOT (!!) Chocolate Chip Cookie topped with a scoop of Kelly’s Homemade Ice Cream (vanilla or chocolate) for $10! Did Lizzie McGuire ever try this? Because this HAS to be what she was singing about when she said “this is what dreams are made of.”
Be sure that you time your spot in the virtual queue (which was up to a 180-minute wait yesterday!) so that you’re there during the special hour!

Disney Springs Merchandise Update
Mickey Balloons
While we were at Disney Springs over the holiday weekend, we spotted a new balloon in the bundle! We had found the Confetti Mickey Balloon at Magic Kingdom for $17 and it looks like these babies made their way to another location.
And, they even light up!
The balloons were only available on New Year’s Eve and New Year’s Day so if you didn’t get your hands on one over the holiday, you’ll have to wait for their return hopefully later in the year. If Disney is listening — we want these beauties back!
Anthropologie
We also found an assortment of new face masks at Anthropologie. With Disney cracking down on their face mask policy, we think these could be a great option to add to your collection for days at the Disney parks.
There was a good assortment of florals, stripes, and other cute patterns to choose from. And, they even had options for the straps that go over your ears — with some being fabric, some having adjustable elastic straps, and others with the simple elastic. These are available near the beauty items in the store for $8.
That’s it for Disney Springs! Stay tuned as we keep you updated on all things new at Disney in the new year!
