Happy New Year, DFB Friends! We’ve been ringing in the New Year and getting ready for the EPCOT Festival of the Arts!
But we’ve also been busy covering the opening of a brand new donut shop (OH, YEAH!) while tracking some menu updates at a few locations. So let’s get to the menu updates we have from this past week!
EPCOT
Tutto Gusto
Although Tutto Italia Ristorante at the Italy Pavilion at EPCOT reopened in July, the bar next to it, Tutto Gusto, did not. In fact, up until recently, it was being used as extra seating for the restaurant. But that has changed and Tutto Gusto has reopened with a Grab and Go drink menu!
Guests’ can choose from a variety of Italian cocktails, wines, and a limited selection of beer to order via a QR code menu. Then get your drink and go!
Here’s more about Tutto Gusto’s reopening
Disney Springs
Gideon’s Bakehouse
Although Gideon’s Bakehouse had a soft opening at Disney Springs just recently, it has closed temporarily to get things ready for its grand opening.
We’ll let you know as soon as that happens because we can’t wait to get our hands on some more of those delicious cookies!

Everglazed Donuts and Cold Brew
Instead of cookies, though, we got to eat our weight in donuts at the grand opening of Everglazed Donuts and Cold Brew! Let’s just say we have DONUT FEVER!
We also tried some of the more savory menu items there, so if you’re wanting to know what we thought, be sure to read our full review!

Resorts
California Grill
California Grill at Disney’s Contemporary Resort saw some menu changes this week. When we had the Oak-fired Filet of Beef in July, we enjoyed the addition of oxtail marmalade and red wine sweet onion juice to the meat, with a choice of sides of aged gouda mac and cheese or Brussels sprouts.
The meat is now served with Grilled Brentwood Corn, Calabrian Chili Butter, creamy barley, and a sweet onion demi sauce. The price is still the same for $59.
We also noticed new items added to the Allergy-Friendly section of the menu:
- Poached Shrimp Roll made with nori, jicama, and mango for $27
- Cashew Cheesecake dessert is made with coffee-cashew cheesecake coated in a chocolate glaze for $14
- Truffle Selezione Pasta was added back to the menu and is made with baby carrots, forest mushrooms, and truffle tofu cream for $37
The allergy-friendly child menu now has two additional appetizers:
- Chicken Noodle Soup made with house-made chicken broth, macaroni, and vegetables for $6
- Hearts of Romaine salad with avocado-ranch dressing, tomatoes, bacon, and croutons for $6
Those are all the restaurant and menu updates we have for this week — but check back soon because we’re sure to have more!
