The Swan and Dolphin Resorts at Disney World will be hosting specialty food and beverage events beginning this month!
Plus, the Dolphin Resort is also shaking things up with some menu changes at one of its signature restaurants, Todd English’s bluezoo. Let’s check them out!
Todd English’s bluezoo offers innovative dishes, often featuring seafood! Now, let’s see what changes have been made to the Starters portion of the dinner menu!
We’re saying goodbye to the Spring Salad and the Giant Shrimp Scampi which have been removed from the menu. However, we do have a few new options. The Crab Nachos include Crab, Black Beans, Pico de Gallo, Cherry Peppers, and White Cheddar for $21. There’s also the Pork Belly Bao with Slow-Cooked Smoked Pork, Hoisin, Pickled Vegetables, and Kimchi Aioli for $16.
There are also a handful of flatbreads to check out! Mushroom Maddness includes Mixed Woodland Mushrooms, Fresh Thyme, Fontina Cheese, Roasted Garlic, and Calabrian Chile for $16. And, there’s the Mighty Meat flatbread with Pepperoni, House Italian Sausage, Prosciutto Cotto, and Mozzarella Cheese for $17.
Now for soups and salads! The Caesar Salad has gotten an upgrade. It previously included Romaine Lettuce, Lemon Anchovy Dressing, and Brioche Croutons. Now, you can enjoy it with Parmesan Cheese, a House Dressing, Croutons, AND a Crispy Egg Yolk for $13. Plus, there’s a new Tuscan Kale Salad with Toasted Sunflower Seeds, Marcona Almonds, Blistered Grapes, Whipped Ricotta Cheese, Warm Black Pepper, and Honey Vinaigrette for $14.
Now for the Entrées! The Simply Fish option will be accompanied with Creamy Risotto and Seasonal Vegetables in place of Beet Purée and Winter Squash. Salsa Verde will be offered instead of Hollandaise Sauce, and Charred Tomato Sauce in place of Truffle Veal Jus.
The Miso Glazed Hawaiian Sea Bass, Seared Black Cod, Togarashi Seared Tuna, and Swordfish Marsala have been removed from the menu. Also gone are the Herb-Roasted Brick Chicken, and Chicken Confit.
Additions include a Crispy Skinned Chicken that includes Roasted Chicken Breast, Confit Thigh, Warm Bread, Arugula Salad, Currants, and Roasted Chicken Jus for $29. Plus, for burger lovers, there’s the bluezoo Burger that comes with a Grilled Angus Beef Patty, Tillamook Cheddar Cheese, Grilled Red Onion, Lettuce, Tomato, bluezoo Sauce, and Fries for $18.
There’s also a new Angus Beef Filet, with Roasted Potatoes, Field Mushrooms, Sautéed Onion, and Truffle Porcini Sauce for $52. Another addition is the Steamed Pumpkin Nudi with Whipped Ricotta Cheese, Sage Browned Butter, Pumpkin Gremolata, and Butternut Squash Puree for $24.
The Sides portion of the menu has seen some changes as well. Lobster Mac & Cheese is no longer available, but you can still get regular Mac & Cheese for $10. The Shake & Bake Fries have changed as well. They no longer include Powdered Cheddar, Chives, Pepper and Vinegar, but instead, they have Roasted Garlic, Rosemary, and Grated Parmesan Cheese for $10.
Also, the Grilled Jumbo Asparagus is no longer available. However, some new sides have appeared! New Risotto Tots include Risotto, White Truffle, and a Romesco Sauce for $12. There’s also Sweet Corn with Lime, Crema, and Cotija Cheese for $9. Also, you can now order Roasted Brussel Sprouts with Bacon and Balsamic for $10.
Not much has changed in the Dessert world, besides the loss of the Ice Cream Sandwich.

Most of the fish and seafood are gone. Menu is generic now and the restaurant we have frequented for years is off our list. Such a shame.
