Greetings from Disney Springs!

Walt Disney World’s shopping and dining district surprised and impressed on our most recent visit with some new eats… and we may have picked up a favorite standby, while we were at it (because Dole Whip Nachos are always a good idea). But there’s plenty of new merchandise to check out, too, along with a construction update to share.

Disney Springs Food Updates

Earl of Sandwich

It’s always a good day to stop by the Earl of Sandwich in the Marketplace.

But that’s most certainly true now that the new Beefy Mac and Cheesy Sandwich has hit the scene!

Roast beef, mac and cheese(!!), and MORE CHEESE make up this noteworthy limited-time offering.

The Daily Poutine

But that’s not all when it comes to new savory snacking in the Springs. We visited The Daily Poutine, too.

Because THAT’s where they’re now serving up the new Butter Chicken Poutine…. WHAAAAT?!?

YES! French Fries, Tomato Curry Sauce, Chicken, and Paneer Cheese make up this unexpected, limited-time offering. What will they think of next? We can’t wait to see… and TASTE!

Gideon’s Bakehouse

The new Gideon’s Bakehouse is welcoming guests once again!

This highly-anticipated cookie and cake eatery soft-opened for a time at the very end of 2020 in The Landing. After taking some time in a brief closure to prepare in full for the official Grand Opening this Saturday, the spot has reopened again TODAY.

And we’ve got the MASSIVE CAKE SLICE to prove it!

Marketplace Snacks

Ok, so the Dole Whip Nachos are not new.

They’ve been serving this dish up at Marketplace Snacks for a while now. But since we couldn’t resist stopping by to pick up a batch…

… we just thought we’d provide a friendly reminder that DOLE WHIP NACHOS EXIST. You’re welcome. ;-D

Disney Springs Construction Update

M&M’s Store

Things have certainly BRIGHTENED UP on the West Side as of our last visit to the site for the upcoming M&M’s Store!

That completely vivid and recognizable M&M YELLOW is now gracing part of the exterior thanks to a recent paint job.

Ever After Jewelry Co.

Have you seen the new Dooney & Bourke Mickey and Minnie Love bags, all ready for Valentine’s Day?

While we’ve spotted them in Animal Kingdom previously (and they’re also available on shopDisney), we took another look at the line as the collection is currently also available at Ever After Jewelry Co. in the Town Center.

Disney’s Pin Traders

Our final stop is Disney’s Pin Traders, where we found a new Tarzan pin.
