Us Disney fans sure do love our Mickey Waffles, Mickey Bars, and really any other Mickey-shaped snack, but that doesn’t mean that we don’t find ways to stay healthy! After all, we do log thousands of steps in the parks during the day, and runDisney gives us a reason to both exercise AND enjoy the parks.
So, whether you’ve got a well-established exercise routine or you’re just looking to get in some cardio, it’s time to get training! And, now you can do it from home to the beat of classic Disney songs with some of the most motivational instructors around!
For those who have a Peloton (or who got one for Christmas), did you know that you can find Disney Peloton classes online? Well, we’ve compiled a list of every workout you can find on-demand to get you moving and sweating in no time the Disney way!
So, where can you find classes online? It’s not just a matter of hitting up Google and searching for “Disney Peloton Rides.” It helps to know the name of the instructor and class. Do they take you on a virtual ride through the parks on the screen? Or is it just diensy music?
DFB Sarah says
Brandon, my understanding and experience of themed rides with Peloton is that they are just music, but I haven’t checked these out specifically.
Ben Power says
Hey Brandon – the classes are in a studio with music playing and an instructor talking to hou. Peloton does offer scenic rides, but Disney themed rides are not available. Maybe some day?!
