We’re no strangers to eating our way around the “world” here at DFB! (The World Showcase, that is!) From checking out all the latest festival foods to keeping an eye on new and exciting snacks — we’ve got you covered on anything and everything EPCOT!
But, we can’t help but shed a little tear every now and then (😢) when we think about all the tasty and unique bites people are missing out on during their globetrotting adventures! We get it, the World Showcase is FULL of hidden-away treasures — and it can be so easy to miss a few along the way — which is why we made this list of five treats you should DEFINITELY keep on your radar during your next visit!
1. Bisque de Homard at Les Halles
Look…carbs are a treat, and they’re going first on this list! (It’s what carbs deserve.❤️) If you’re a bread-lover like we are, then you definitely won’t want to pass by this lobster bisque bread bowl from Les Halles Boulangerie and Patisserie in EPCOT’s France Pavilion.
This is a nice warm and hearty option for those cooler Florida days and is SUPER affordable compared to similar snacks at Disney World. (It only costs $5.95!)
@disneyfoodblog Some carby content for you 🤤🥖 #makeitmagical #InLove #disney #foodtok #disneyworld #epcot
If you really want to make the most out of the carby experience, we also recommend adding a buttery, flaky croissant to your order.
And you gotta dip that little guy right into the bisque!

2. Ice Cream Martini at L’Artisan des Glaces
We can’t leave France QUITE yet, because there’s no way we’re moving on to the next country without grabbing an Ice Cream Martini from L’Artisan des Glaces first!
This refreshing drink (more like a full-on dessert, if we’re being honest), has quickly become one of our team’s EPCOT favorites. You’ll get to choose two scoops from a list of handmade artisan flavors, then top it all off with your choice of Grand Marnier, whipped cream vodka, or rum! 😋

3. Eplekake at Kringla Bakeri Og Kafe
If your ultimate sweet treat comes in the form of cake, we recommend stopping by Kringla Bakeri Og Kafe in the Norway Pavilion for the Eplekake.
This round apple cake is drizzled with caramel! It’s super moist as an apple cake should be, but not overly sweet. We’re big fans of the eats at this bakery — hello, School Bread — and the Eplekake did not disappoint. We love the drizzle on top as an alternative to a pile of frosting — it really lets the apple flavor shine through!

4. Kaki Gori at Kabuki Cafe
Over in the Japan Pavilion, you’ll find Japanese Shaved Ice (Kaki Gori) at Kabuki Cafe. Most people probably pass over this one because…well…you can get shaved ice anywhere. But we’ll tell you right now that this shaved ice is just…different.
It’s light, it’s refreshing, and it is seriously drowning in sweet, sweet syrup. What really makes the difference is opting to top it off with creamy sweet milk — transforming the treat your mom used to get you after soccer practice into a unique, melt-in-your-mouth summer delight.
Don’t Leave EPCOT Until You’ve Done THIS!
5. Liqueur Caramel Flight at Karamell-Küche (AKA BOOZY Caramels!)
These tiny bites of chocolate and caramel heaven need no explanation or introduction — but, we’ll give you one anyway. 😉
We’ll end our little journey in the Germany Pavilion, where we’ve fallen victim to the sweet, sweet smells of caramel wafting through the EPCOT air far too many times. (All jokes aside, this sweet stop is a MUST no matter what you choose to grab!) We’ll focus on the boozy caramels for today, though. This decedent flight might be small, but it packs a powerful punch of flavor! Currently, the Karamell-Küche caramels are Pear Liquor, Bourbon, Amaretto, and Irish Cream flavored, but we’ve seen them change before. Either way, they’re bound to be delicious no matter what.
So, there you have it! If you didn’t know, then now you know! With these on your list, you’re sure to have an action-packed foodie adventure during your EPCOT travels.

No matter how long you stay in WDW, it seems there’s never enough time to eat all the snacks and food!

If I’m not mistaken, it was mentioned that the lobster bisque is no longer served in a bread bowl. It’s now served in a paper bowl/cup. Less bisque with the same price or increase.
