We’re always keeping you posted with the latest Disney attraction closures here at DFB!
Recently, Magic Kingdom’s PeopleMover has been undergoing refurbishment. Kali River Rapids and the Walt Disney World Railroad are also down for their scheduled closures. Now, another Disney attraction will close temporarily to get a little sprucing up!
The Swiss Family Treehouse is currently scheduled for refurbishment from March 12th through March 25th, 2021. Disney does not list it on the refurbishment calendar starting March 26th, so we’re expecting it to open back up then.
Keep in mind that these dates are subject to change — we’ve seen refurbishments get extended before (we’re looking at you, PeopleMover!). But this seems like a quick project, and hopefully we’ll be hiking up to those killer views of Cinderella Castle in no time.
Disney has also just announced a refurbishment on the Mad Tea Party attraction, which you can read more about here. We’ll continue to keep you updated with more Disney news here at DFB, so stay tuned!
