At the end of January, the Sorcerers of the Magic Kingdom experience closed indefinitely.
Right after the unique experience came to a halt, the Fire Station on Main Street, U.S.A. closed. It used to house the recruitment center for Sorcerers of the Magic Kingdom, and after being closed for weeks, it has officially reopened!
We noticed the doors were open on our visit to Magic Kingdom today! This is what the interior looked like before…
…and now it looks like a little firehouse! There’s a fire truck in the center that guests can walk around.
The truck is currently roped off, but maybe one day this can be a photo op!
There is even a sign on the door that tells the public about the “Firehouse Open House” and welcomes guests in.
The other door says there’s a fire engine on display and tells everyone to “Step inside” and “See it today”!
Although we miss the Sorcerers of the Magic Kingdom experience, this new firehouse setup is adorable! We’ll see if any new and exciting experiences come here or not, so stay tuned to DFB for the latest Disney news.

It is sad the Sorcerers of the Magic kingdom was shutdown. So many people enjoyed playing it including me and my husband. We looked forward to playing ever time we visited the Magic Kingdom. Hopefully it will be brought back !

This is a great little original addition just in time for the 50th, how nice to have something to look at instead of a dang merch location crammed in your face every min. would love to see more originality return to main street like this like it use to be instead of just a mall that idiocy pencil pushers made it.

This reminds me of the way the firehouse once was. Glad to see this return to nostalgia.
