Let’s be honest, even though you might already be in your Disney leggings, finding the motivation to do a workout can be tough sometimes.
So, today we’re drawing inspiration from one princess who knows how to get up early, stay busy, and have fun — Rapunzel! We’ve got a workout that you can do in your own tower while you watch the Tangled movie. Who knows, you might even get to be as strong as the thugs from the Snuggly Duckling! So, set your alarms to 7AM for your usual morning lineup, turn on Tangled on Disney+, and get ready to sing When will my workout begin?
Truly, the Tangled workout is really more like a game.
Every time something happens in the movie, you’ll do the workout listed below. They get Flynn’s nose wrong? 15 squats! Pascal changes his color? 5 mountain climbers! Rapunzel’s hair is basically used as her third arm? 18 bicycle crunches! Wow. We could see this getting pretty intense!
Whether you’re trying to inspire your kiddos or yourself to do some exercise, this can be a fun way to get it done. Maybe whoever spots the “thing” that triggers the exercise can get a bonus like an extra delicious (but still healthy) post-workout snack. #WillWorkOutForMickeyShapedFood
