It’s that time of the week to check out the average wait times in Disney World!
Over the past few weeks, the wait times have continued to rise, and this week, they have skyrocketed back to what we would expect around holidays! Let’s dive in to this week’s average wait times for ALL four parks!
Magic Kingdom
Last week, Seven Dwarfs Mine Train had the longest wait in Magic Kingdom and in all of Disney World with 54 minutes. It continues the winning streak with 74 minutes. It has been under an hour on average for a while, but it’s back up in the 70s!
Other wait times for thrill rides include Space Mountain at 47 minutes, Splash Mountain averaging 63 minutes (which is 20 minutes higher than last week), and Big Thunder Mountain Railroad averaged 51 minutes. For the second week in a row, Splash Mountain’s wait times jumped a HUGE amount. Other high wait times include the Jungle Cruise at 40 minutes, and Pirates of the Caribbean at 36 minutes.
Attractions with wait times in the 30s include Peter Pan’s Flight, Buzz Lightyear’s Space Ranger Spin, and Astro Orbiter at 35 minutes, “it’s a small world” at 38 minutes, Prince Charming Regal Carrousel at 36 minutes.
Rides with average waits in the 20s include Mickey’s PhilarMagic with a 24-minute wait time, Under the Sea — Journey of the Little Mermaid at 20 minutes, Haunted Mansion and The Many Adventures of Winnie the Pooh at 24 minutes, and The Barnstormer at 23 minutes.
With waits in the teens, we saw The Magic Carpets of Aladdin at 17 minutes, Country Bear Jamboree at 13 minutes, Mad Tea Party at 15 minutes, Tomorrowland Speedway at 18 minutes, and Dumbo the Flying Elephant at 16 minutes.
An attraction with a pretty short wait time is the Carousel of Progress at 11 minutes.
Just like the weeks before, there were a handful of attractions with zero minute wait times, including Swiss Family Robinson Treehouse, and Enchanted Tiki Room. The Hall of Presidents is currently under refurbishment.
The crowds are certainly picking up in Disney World, and these wait times in Magic Kingdom reflect that!

EPCOT
Test Track continues to have the longest wait in EPCOT this week at 71 minutes. This wait time only went up by a LOT this week, with the time being only 45 minutes last week.
Other popular attractions like Soarin‘ (49 minutes), Frozen After Ever (39 minutes), and Mission: SPACE (35 minutes) also had significantly higher numbers than last week.
The rest of EPCOT saw fairly average wait times, including Spaceship Earth with 24 minutes, Journey Into Imagination with Figment with 19 minutes, The Seas with Nemo & Friends and the Gran Fiesta Tour with 12 minutes, and Living with the Land with 10 minutes.
Just like past weeks, all of the films in EPCOT had a zero minute wait, which includes Disney and Pixar Short Film Festival, Beauty and the Beast Sing-Along, Awesome Planet, Impressions de France, and Reflections of China. American Adventure.
As EPCOT wait times tend to do, these attractions only fluctuated a little bit this week with the exception of the popular rides. As the current festival is nearing its end, and the next one is already on its way in, people are starting to spend more time in Future World where many of the attractions live.

Disney’s Hollywood Studios
This park used to win the longest wait time in all of Disney World, but the times have been much lower since ! They are on the rise again, but still not in first place. The longest wait time in Disney’s Hollywood Studios is now Slinky Dog Dash with 66 minutes. This time beat Tower of Terror for the first time in a few weeks, who had an average of 64-minutes this week.
Millennium Falcon: Smugglers Run was not far behind with 57 minutes. Other longer average wait times in this park include Mickey & Minnie’s Runaway Railway at 45 minutes, and Rock ‘n’ Roller Coaster averaged 45 minutes.
Below those times we’ve got Star Tours at 35 minutes, Lightning McQueen’s Racing Academy averaged 28 minutes, and Toy Story Mania averaged 33 minutes.
Alien Swirling Saucers and Muppet*Vision 3D saw average wait times of 27 minutes which makes them the lowest in the park. Keep in mind that Rise of the Resistance is not included in these numbers due to its virtual queue.

Disney’s Animal Kingdom
Both attractions in Pandora — the Land of Avatar continue to dominate Disney’s Animal Kingdom! Flight of Passage nearly doubled its wait times with 65 minutes this week, and Na’vi River Journey went up to 60 minutes. This is the first time in a long time that Flight of Passage was longer than its neighboring boat ride.
