Flowers as far as the eye can see, Disney character topiaries, and new snacks and treats? It’s just about time for the 2021 EPCOT International Flower and Garden Festival!
The annual spring-time festival will be sprouting at EPCOT from March 3rd – July 5th, 2021. And, while we’ve given you a sneak peek at the entertainment and flower-y creations coming to the festival this year, we’ve finally got all the details on the eats!
Today we are bringing you the FULL MENUS for the Festival’s Outdoor Kitchens!
We’ve already told you all about the special events, entertainment, and topiaries returning to the festival this year. But we are SO excited to finally check out the rest of the booths.

These food booths, similar to those at the Food and Wine Festival, feature fresh flavors from the garden. And today, we have the FULL MENUS for the Outdoor Kitchens!
There will “over 20 festival-exclusive outdoor kitchens” (including some locations with specialty items around EPCOT including festival items at the Refreshment Outpost and Joffrey’s Coffee & Tea Company).
Returning favorites and all-new dishes make up the offerings, so let’s take a look!
NEW Booths and Menu Items
We’ve got a TOTALLY NEW booth this year with the EPCOT Sunshine Griddle, located in Future World East. This new spot will feature food items like Avocado Toast, Shrimp and Grits, Corned Beef Brisket Hash, and Fried Cinnamon Roll Bites (with CANDIED BACON!).
We’ll also see two new beverages including the Froot Loops Shake and a Joffrey’s Coffee Cold Brew Cocktail.

And guess what? We’ve got ANOTHER new booth with the EPCOT Farmer’s Feast. The menu here is listed as a “Rotating Menu.” Could we see the items switch out as the festival goes on? Woah!
Expect to see items like the Spring Onion Soup, Duck Confit, Off the “Beet”en Path, and Hibiscus Lemonade Cocktail.

There’s one booth you might recognize from recent festivals but NOT from Flower and Garden before — it’s Festival Favorites. The menu will include Watermelon Salad, Beef Brisket Burnt Ends and Smoked Pork Belly Slider, and more!
The fun aspect of this booth is that it brings back winning dishes from past festivals!

After taking a one-year hiatus, the Cider House booth is making its return to the festival and will feature boozy drinks including 3 Daughters Brewing Pink Lemonade Hard Cider, Bold Rock Watermelon Hard Cider, and more.
You’ll also be able to snag a House-made Potato and Cheddar Biscuit with Salmon Tartare and a Dark Chocolate Raspberry Tart with Whipped Cream.

LOTS of the booths have new and returning items that we’re excited to try, so make sure you head on over to check out the FULL MENUS for EVERY. SINGLE. BOOTH.

Returning Festival Favorites
For now, here are a few of our favorites from the returning Festival items. Magnolia Terrace is bringing us the return of the Pecan Cake with Maple Whipped Cream…
…The Honey Bee-stro will reunite us with the Local Wildflower Honey-Mascarpone Cheesecake with Orange Blossom Honey Whipped Cream, Whipped Honey, Crystalized Honey, Honeycomb, Dehydrated Honey, and Fennel Pollen Meringue Kisses…
…we’ll be falling in love all over again with the Bon Bon Chicken Skewer with Sesame and Peanut Sauce at Lotus House…
…Funnel Cakes will bring us the Mini Funnel Cake topped with Lemon Cheesecake Ice Cream, Blueberries, and Powdered Sugar…
…AND Festival Favorites will have our beloved Fried Green Tomatoes with Blue Crab-Fennel Salad, Remoulade, and Smoked Paprika Oil.
All of these items made our BEST of the FEST last year so we’re pretty excited to see their return. Oh, and did we mention that our best booth of the whole fest is back this year? Yup, we’re pretty excited to return to Hanami in the Japan Pavilion!
