Disneyland may be closed but we can still stop by Downtown Disney!
We strolled on into Disneyland’s shopping and dining district today to check out the latest updates in food, construction, and merchandise. Let’s dive in!
Downtown Disney Food Updates
Marceline’s Confectionery
We spotted not one, not two, but THREE sweet Easter treats at Marceline’s Confectionery. First up we spotted the very adorable Chick Cake Pop, a vanilla cake pop with white chocolate coating and marshmallow wings. This was a VERY small treat for the $5.49 price but it was still very sweet and yummy.
Looking for something a little bigger? You can opt for the Minnie Easter Basket Apple for $11.99. The treat is made of a Granny Smith apple with caramel & white chocolate coating, marshmallow ears, and a white chocolate bow. If you’re a candy apple fan, you’ll likely enjoy it. Be warned though, it was TOUGH to eat!
And finally, we’ve got our favorite treat of the bunch — the Bunny Rice Krispie Treat for $5.99! This little guy is a rice krispie treat with white chocolate and a marshmallow tail with coconut shavings on top.
Get ready for a sugar overload — but maybe that’s what you’re into. In that case, you can definitely look forward to snacking on these desserts!

Trolley Treats
Over at Trolley Treats, we were delightfully surprised to find the  HANDMADE Fudge Easter Eggs that we’ve come to expect in Disneyland at this time of year. We snagged a vanilla one for $9.99.
This treat is made with vanilla fudge coated in milk chocolate and topped with a little candy flower. These are super fresh and you can only get them this time of year, so we definitely recommend this treat.

Downtown Disney Construction Updates
General
We spotted some changes to the tram road that runs between Mickey and Friends Parking Lot and Downtown Disney. There were new banners! This road will be used for pedestrian access to the A Touch of Disney event in Disney California Adventure, so the banners may be in preparation for that.
Avengers Campus
And of course, you know we gotta check in on the latest over at Avengers Campus. We recently caught wind of a Spider-Bot outside of the Spider-Man attraction building. We wonder if he’s still stuck around (literally!).
