Our Day in EPCOT: A New FLOAT and LOTS of Flower and Garden Festival Prep!

We are SO excited to head to EPCOT today.

Why? Because we get to head to EPCOT International Flower and Garden Festival! But, before we dive headfirst into the fest, we want to bring you an update on alllll the news we spotted pre-fest in EPCOT yesterday. Let’s take a look at the latest in food, construction, and merchandise.

EPCOT Food Updates

Fife and Drum Tavern

Over at Fife and Drum Tavern in The American Adventure Pavilion, we spotted a brand-new Soul-inspired treat! Take a look at the Half Note Float, named for the Half Note Jazz Club, of course.

We’re seriously loving how colorful this is.

This float is layered strawberry Fanta, lemonade, blue raspberry Fanta slushy, and vanilla ice cream, topped with white chocolate artwork from Soul! Head on over to EPCOT to give it a try for $6.25.

Morocco Snack Cart

Recently, we noticed that the Morocco Snack Cart was selling baggies of nuts. Now, the snacks come in a new plastic container instead of a little bag.

2021 EPCOT International Flower and Garden Festival

Of course, with the festival kicking off today, we spotted even MORE topiaries in place yesterday for festival prep.

Some of our favorite arrivals include the Fantasia topiaries in the front entrance area…

…and the topiary featuring Pluto, Chip, and Dale!

Speaking of topiaries, the Toy Story topiary had crayons and a jack toy added to the display.

Over near Mouse Gear, we spotted that the cool Outdoor Escapes seating area sponsored by OFF! had been set up.

The previous home of the Donut Box festival booth had been updated to be the new Sunshine Griddle festival booth!

And there has been the addition of a butterfly photo wall for this festival!

So many winged beauties!

Finally, we spotted some fun U.K. Magnets for $6.99 in (you guessed it!) the U.K. Pavilion.
