Disney is constantly changing, especially with all the new health and safety regulations in place right now.
Frozen Ever After
On top of this, things happen. For example, rides go down, animatronics go wonky, ducks turn into plants — we’ve seen it all. And today, we noticed that a big piece of the fan-favorite attraction Frozen Ever After was missing.
Usually, when you walk by the sauna in the queue for the attraction, Oaken peeks out from one of the sauna’s windows and says a few words. And it’s so much fun! It truly makes you feel like you have stepped foot into the film.
Goodbye, Oaken, we hardly knew ye…
A Cast Member said that Oaken was causing too much congestion in the area which caused issues with distancing. So for the time being, the Oaken portion of the queue has been turned off. We have seen gathering in this spot for quite some time so this doesn’t come as a huge shock, but it may be a big letdown for little ones who were looking forward to chatting with Oaken. We will let you know when he returns!
