Orange Bird — he’s a sipper cup, he’s on a spirit jersey, he’s on Mickey ears, he’s got his own mural, he’s…well, everywhere!
Can’t get to Disney World for all the Orange Bird fun? No worries — now Orange Bird is coming to YOU, if you’re an Annual Passholder that is!
Recently, Annual Passholders got access to a FREE Donald Duck AP Magnet in Disney’s Animal Kingdom. But soon Passholders will be getting a free magnet sent directly to their homes.
Disney has now shared that, in celebration of the 2021 Taste of EPCOT International Flower and Garden Festival, the Orange Bird Passholder magnet will be mailed to active Passholders in early summer (2 magnets per household).
To get your magnet, make sure you confirm or update the address for each adult Passholder in your household by March 31st. You’ll be able to confirm or update your address by signing into your My Disney Experience account, clicking on “Profile,” selecting “Contact Information,” and checking that your shipping address is correct. Be sure to repeat this process for EVERY adult Passholder in your house. You can get a peek at the magnet below!
It appears to be the same or very similar to the Orange Bird magnet that was meant to be available last year during the second part of the 2020 Flower and Garden Festival. Due to the park closures, however, the 2020 Flower and Garden Festival was cut short. We know a lot of Passholders may have been waiting for this magnet, and it seems like now they’ll FINALLY get the chance to snag it!
So, be sure to check your addresses and get that updated so you can get your very own Orange Bird magnet! We’ll keep an eye out for more great Passholder deals and discounts and let you know what we find.

Oh man…I hope they open it up for people to become passholders!! We just moved here and SO want to become one.

I will believe it when it arrives in my mailbox. We never received our Tinkerbell magnet from last September. I asked several times, and, much like a proverbial check, I was told it was “in the mail”. Now I’m told by Passholder Customer Service there was no mailing last year. Just renewed in January also. Should have gone with my gut and let them expire. I know it is a pandemic and there are MANY more urgent issues – trust me! It is simply the fact I was lied to by Disney, perhaps even more hurtful as I didn’t cancel my passes during the pandemic and have been back several times post-reopening.

I love Orange Bird so am a little excited for this one but, like Jackie, did not get the Tinkerbell magnet last year so won’t hold my breath. WDW is inconsistent with us passholders. My siblings and I have had the Florida gold passes for years and all have lived at our same addresses for over 20 years. Every now and then just one of us — not always the same one of us — gets the newsletter, and only one of us received the Tinkerbell magnet.

I really wish they would do the same for DVC also. They can do it if it’s one per household for everyone.

It is now august 1st and we have not received the magnets… yet you see them for sale on eBay? Gee who is selling them there I wonder? And why? I live in Florida and would be happy to have picked mine up at the park…. I was surprised to hear they would be mailed but once again Disney is failing it’s ‘guests’. We are switching to Universal Studios next year to avoid what we know is coming… paying for fast passes and the increases that Disney has made in parking costs at the hotels, tickets and dining ($6.00 for a Mickey ice cream pop?!). This is the last year for us. Disney has gotten too expensive (just booked universal for 4 nights on property for 2 people including Harry Potter sit down breakfast, tickets to both parks for three days, photo pass and parking for $1100 in October).
Sorry Disney we are Mickey fans but every time we go we feel the squeeze.
