Spring is in FULL bloom at EPCOT, and we just love to see it all.
We go to the parks every. single. day. So, we have ALL of the updates from the park. From new food to merch to spring break crowds, here’s what we’ve seen at this Walt Disney World park lately!
EPCOT Food Updates
Future World
The snack cart near Mouse Gear has reopened!
They’re not selling anything too crazy, just hot dogs with chips, beer, cider, and classic snacks like Mickey Pretzels. And, hey, even with hundreds of unique eats at EPCOT, sometimes you need a classic!
Choza de Margarita
Getting your margaritas outside at the Mexico Pavilion is a little bit safer and a little bit faster. EPCOT has added plexiglass to the ordering area at Choza de Margarita, separating guests in the two lines.
And, of course, the margs are as good as ever!
Norway Pavilion
Say goodbye to Aass Bryggeri’s pilsner…
…the Scandinavian Beer Cart is just serving seasonal beers now for $10.75 each.
Joy of Tea
Joy of Tea has a new drink that sounds totally baffling — the tea-free “Drink Special” with peach liquor and fresh strawberry milk.
The peach liquor is poured on top, so we had to mix it on our own before drinking. After that initial step, we found this drink to be REFRESHING, though we realize the texture of strawberry milk may not be for everyone.

Germany Pavilion
When in Germany, get a beer, duh! And there are TWO new beers at the Germany Hovels Stand, a Blueberry Peppercorn Cider and Weihenstephaner Lager!
Both beers have been spotted at EPCOT festivals in the past, and we love to see a returning favorite and a rotation of beers at this park, so we’ll take it!

Les Vins des Chefs de France
While not new, here’s your annual reminder: You can get a SUPERSIZED slushy cocktail at Les Vins des Chefs de France in the France Pavilion.
This cocktail fit for a king the Grand Marnier or Grey Goose slush amped up and with an extra shot of booze floating on top. And it comes in a fun green cup, which is perfect for St. Paddy’s Day drinking!
This drink is $18.25, which is a bit, but a normal slush is $11.50.
Speaking of green slushes, the Citron Lemon Slush has gone GREEN for St. Patrick’s Day!
The drink is the same as before, it just got a festive Irish-approved makeover! (Yes, in France!)
Oh, make me over! See more GREEN slushies here!
EPCOT Merch Update
World Traveler
In case you’ve been sleeping under some decorative garden rocks, you know that the EPCOT International Flower & Garden Festival is going on! And to commemorate that, there’s a limited edition MagicBand featuring Mickey Mouse doing — what else? — gardening!
And it features his trusty pal Pluto on the other side!
Only 2,500 of these were made, so if you want one, head to EPCOT, ASAP! We spotted this MagicBand at World Traveler, Port of Entry, and Mouse Gear. It costs $34.99.

Port of Entry
Orange Bird THRIVES during Flower and Garden. We’ve already spotted this Disney World mascot on his own ears, a souvenir sipper, and shoulder plush. And now, he’s on the ULTIMATE 2021 souvenir: a face mask!
This Spirit Jersey mask has a very citrusy orange and yellow tie-dye pattern and that ADORABLE lil guy in dark orange.
We found this super sweet mask at Port of Entry for $12.99!
See MORE pics of this Orange Bird mask here!
China Pavilion
The back store in the China Pavilion was open during one of our recent visits!
It was light and airy, as always, and selling unique merchandise like puppets, fans, wall art…
…and some libations, of course!
House of Good Fortune
After browsing the back store, we popped into the China Pavilion’s House of Good Fortune and spotted some of our favorite quirky 2021 merch: Mermicorno!
We love not having to choose between unicorns and mermaids!
If that isn’t 2021 enough for you, there’s also the ultimate 2021 item: Year of the Ox plushes!
They’re so sweet (and so lucky)!
Germany Pavilion
If you want some real Deutschland merch, you don’t have to go all the way to Europe, you can just pop into the shops at EPCOT’s Germany Pavilion. Here, we spotted these cute Gnome Deutschland magnets, which are $5.99!
If you’re looking for some cozier Germany merch, snuggle up in this Mickey and Minnie Deutschland blanket, featuring our favorite mice on a cuckoo clock!
This fleece throw is $39.99.
Mitsukoshi
It’s almost been one WHOLE year since Animal Crossing: New Horizons came out, and our lives haven’t been the same since. Neither has Mitsukoshi at EPCOT’s Japan Pavilion! This spot got TONS of new Animal Crossing merch, including this snappy hat for $24.95…
…a Tom Nook keychain for $11.95 (a price this tanooki can feel good about!)…
…a Tom Nook BEANIE for $24.95…
…and Animal Crossing socks to complete your outfit!
These socks cost $9.95.
Tea Caddy
It’s spring, so it’s iced tea season! The Tea Caddy in the UK Pavilion is highlighting some of its new drinks, like this Cold Infuse water enhancer with watermelon and mint (which sounds PERFECT for those 80 degree Florida days)!
Beyond that, they’re also promoting their teas for health, including a grapefruit and basil detox tea, mango and pineapple to support mental focus, and white hibiscus tea with ginger and lime for a healthy immune system.
Cheers to that!
EPCOT Entertainment Updates
America Gardens Theatre
The Garden Rocks series is on pause for the 2021 Flower and Garden Festival, but on Friday through Monday evenings, local bands from the Orlando area are playing at the America Gardens Theatre!
We saw the Vintage Vinyl Band perform Top 40 hits with a retro spin, and it was SO fun to see live music again! They’ll be alternating with other acts, so keep your eyes and ears open at EPCOT on the weekends!
See the Vintage Vinyl Band perform here!
EPCOT Construction Updates
Harmonious
People aren’t big fans of the Harmonious barges, but if you want an up-close-and-personal view of the future of EPCOT nighttime entertainment, you can hop on the Friendship Boats.
These barges are SO big from the water!
We’ll wait and see what Disney has in store for these barges. But until then, we’ll keep you updated on testing, views in World Showcase Lagoon, and anything else we see!
Speaking of changes coming to EPCOT, we noticed that the EPCOT Experience was DOWN when we walked through!
And while not a construction update per se, we did notice that Disney put up signs in front of the Flower and Garden Festival topiaries reminding guests to keep their face masks on!
As spring break sees more guests coming to Disney World, it’s important to remember to maintain those health and safety measures, even when snapping a selfie!

EPCOT Crowd Updates
Spring break crowds have been a little light around Walt Disney World, and for the most part, EPCOT is no exception.
There were a few tight spots, like the Mexico Pavilion.
This has always been a pinch point, but it’s pretty noticeable now.
But, for the most part, social distancing was not a problem!
To accomodate for the larger crowds, however, we noticed that the Chinese Zodiac Garden had been moved out of Frozen Ever After queue in the China Pavilion, and is now next to the panda topiaries.
And that’s all from EPCOT! When we see more new things around Disney World, you KNOW we’ll let you know!
