We’re back at Disney World’s OG park!
We’ve spent the past few days making a number of visits to Magic Kingdom and we’ve certainly had a blast. Now, we’re checking in with some of the latest updates in food, construction, and merchandise!
Magic Kingdom Food Updates
Spring Roll Cart
First up, we’re SUPER excited to say that the Spring Roll Cart in Adventureland, home of delicious spring roll flavors like Pepperoni Pizza and Cheeseburger, has returned!
The return even brought an all-new secret sauce. The bad news? It also brought a $2 price increase. Whew!

Friar’s Nook
You might know that over at Friar’s Nook, you can snag Tots and Cheese Sauce on the Kids’ Menu, along with a bottle of water for $7.19.
But did you know you can ALSO snag tots with an upgrade of cheese sauce (aka plastic cheese) for just $5.29? Order a free water and you’ve netted yourself about $2 savings!

Magic Kingdom Construction Updates
Cinderella Castle
On to the construction updates! This year marks Disney World’s 50th Anniversary and as a part of the celebration, Cinderella Castle is set to get an “EARidescent” makeover.
We actually spotted the first sign of the makeover on the castle with a brand-new ribbon decoration. How pretty!

Speaking of the Castle, let’s check in on the Castle Stage construction too. It looks like they’re making progress on this mystery project!
AND we spotted some painting BEHIND the Castle! One of the steeples at Sir Mickey’s has been painted while the others have been left their usual lighter, duller color.
This fancy new color matches the darker blue around the front of the castle, so we’re guessing we might see the other steeples get a makeover, too.

Main Street, U.S.A.
One of the days we were in Magic Kingdom, we spotted a film crew working on something in the hub grass in front of Cinderella Castle.
Even cooler, they were using real guests!

Liberty Square
Another day, we noted that a PhotoPass photographer was out to do the popular Hitchhiking Ghosts Magic Shot.
This photo is not available all the time, but you can always ask a Cast Member to find out if it’s available!
Tomorrowland
Over in Tomorrowland, movement on the still-closed PeopleMover caught our eye. But it wasn’t moving how you might expect it to…
Workers were pushing the trams along the track! We sure hope this attraction opens soon. It’s been over a year since any guests have been able to ride!

Nearby, we spotted a new-to-us sign at Carousel of Progress.
Magic Kingdom Merchandise Updates
Emporium
Finally, let’s wrap up with the merch! The Emporium had a new Camo Mickey Hat for $27.99. Maybe this will help you stay hidden when you’re sneaking your second Mickey Bar of the day.
And there was a special Toy Story Easter MagicBand for $34.99.
It’s Ducky and Bunny! These are pretty RARE faces to see on a MagicBand!

Fantasy Faire
Fantasy Faire featured the latest pair of colorful, Light-Up Balloon Mickey Ears.
You can snag these for $32.86, but fair warning: They’re HEAVY when you’re wearing them all day.

Uptown Jewelers
Over at Uptown Jewelers, we spotted the pretty, new Minnie Mouse Vera Bradley print available. We’ve seen this pop up online and in Disney Springs too.
Tomorrowland Light & Power Co.
Lastly, Tomorrowland Light & Power Co. had new seasonal designs from MaDe for MagicBands and phone cases.
Most of them had cute Easter themes.
More phone cases include Mickey and Minnie eggs…
…Bring on the Spring…
…and Stormtrooper bunny pattern.
And MagicBands including egg Minnie…
…and egg Mickey!
And that’s all we have for you in Magic Kingdom this time around! We’ll check in again soon!
