It’s springtime in Walt Disney World and we’ve got EGGS on the brain.
No, not the scrambled kind. We’re talking about Easter Eggs! We’ve had a blast already spotting Easter Egg displays around the Disney World Resorts and learning about all the fun Easter treats. Now, we’re going on an egg hunt of our own — for a prize!
Every year, EPCOT hosts the Egg-stravaganza, an Easter Egg hunt around World Showcase that features some familiar Disney faces. The goal? Hunt down one egg in each of the 11 countries of World Showcase and the World Showplace Pavilion.
As you find each egg around the world, you place the corresponding sticker next to the location where you found it. Whether you choose to find all the eggs or not, you can turn your map in before April 16th for a special prize!
Maps are available at Mouse Gear, Disney Traders, and World Traveler for $7.99. These are also the locations where you can snag that final prize when you’re done playing! Alright, you might want to stop here if you don’t want any egg hunt spoilers because we’re giving it a try ourselves!
Let’s see if we can find allllll the eggs around World Showcase! First up, we’re headed into the Canada Pavilion where we spotted the Goofy Egg chilling in the garden.
Next up, we tried to spot the egg in World Showplace, but a Cast Member let us know it was accidentally hidden elsewhere. Oops! Hopefully, this hidden buddy finds his way to where he’s meant to be. So, we headed into the United Kingdom Pavilion where we spotted the White Rabbit Egg tucked up on a lamp post.
Then it was on to the France Pavilion! The Daisy Egg was tucked away in the garden.
The Thumper Egg was a welcome sight when we got to the Morocco Pavilion! Who better to help us celebrate Easter?
In the Japan Pavilion, we spotted the Figment Egg…
…and in the American Adventure Pavilion, the Minnie Egg was hiding.
Of course, the Mickey Egg wasn’t far from Minnie. He was just next door in the Italy Pavilion!
And it turned out that the Pluto Egg was hiding high up in the Germany Pavilion.
Now, even though the Africa Outpost isn’t a location on the map, we DID find the Dale Egg here. Huh, guess he scurried off from his spot in World Showplace!
Just a day later, though, we spotted Dale where he was SUPPOSED to be — outside of World Showplace. That mischievous chipmunk!
We found the Chip Egg is hidden in the China Pavilion.
We love that there’s a Perry the Platypus Egg. He can be found doing some spy work in the Norway Pavilion. Perry looks EXTRA funny in egg form.
And FINALLY, the Donald Egg is the Mexico Pavilion — probably to be close to the rest of the Caballeros.
Alright, WE DID IT! So, what’s our prize? We get to pick! There are six egg designs — Mickey, Minnie, Donald, Daisy, Chip, and Dale!
We went with Donald because he looks WAY too dapper for us to pass him up.
The back has the Egg-stravaganza logo.
We had a blast completing the Egg-stravaganza today and think this is a super fun activity — especially for families with kids. The price isn’t too bad for the prize, and we think that the experience helps to make it worth it. As always, stay tuned to DFB for all the latest updates!

How long is the hunt going on for?
DFB Sarah says
Lana, the signs and the info on DisneyWorld.com indicate “until supplies last,” so unfortunately there’s no specific end date.

We went yesterday and couldn’t do it and saw zero eggs around. It was apparently “sold out”
