How do I become an annual pass holder when they do not offer them. I had one last year that ran out in December and do to COVID, I was unable to visit WDW from February until December when I returned for my winter pilgrimage. I own a winter residence in the area. But this year, I have not been able to get an annual pass, or a Florida resident or DVC annual pass… what is the deal…? WhT am I missing here…?
