A few months ago, we clued ya in that a Disney World license plate was on the way!

The license plate would celebrate Disney World’s 50th anniversary while benefiting the Make-a-Wish organization. A way to rep your Disney love while supporting a good cause?! Sounds like a win-win! And now, Disney has officially revealed the new design.
Let’s take a peek! The license plate will feature the same “EARidescent” colors popping up on Cinderella Castle, with a royal blue background. And of course, the castle has the big 5-0 on it!

The plate is available for pre-sale right now, and 100% of the proceeds will go to Make-a-Wish of Central and North Florida! You can snag a pre-sale voucher for $25 (plus any state administration fees) through your local County Tax Collector’s Office, your DMV, or online through the Orange County Tax Collector’s Office.

Keep in mind that a minimum of 3,000 pre-sale vouchers must be sold before production of the plate can begin. However, when we got in touch with the Florida Department of Highway Safety and Motor Vehicles and spoke with an employee at one of their Service Centers in Orange County, Florida, they indicated that a lot of vouchers had already been received. In the event that they don’t reach that designated number, though, anyone who ordered a voucher will be refunded $25.

The employee we spoke to also said you did not have to go in person to request your pre-sale voucher — you can mail it in instead! — but we recommend that you call the Service Center in your county in Florida to check if they have any specific procedures they’re using. We’ll keep you posted as we receive more details about this license plate.
