We’re trekking on back to Thirsty River Bar and Trek Snacks in Disney’s Animal Kingdom. You’ll find this spot just steps away from Expedition Everest in Asia, serving up sips on one side, and snacks on the other!

Thirsty River Bar and Trek Snacks
Admittedly, we were disappointed when one of our favorite snack finds of the year disappeared from Trek Snacks just a few days ago. (We already miss you, Everest Base Camp Macaroon!) But this location is really changing things up a lot lately, and we already spied a new brew today on the Thirsty River Bar side of things…
We noticed the prop-up sign for First Magnitude Honey Bee Citrus Draft Blonde Ale right beside the sign for the also-new Yeti Sunset.

Drink signs at Thirsty River Bar
Sound familiar? If so, that might be because the Honey Bee-stro Outdoor Kitchen is serving up the Honey Bee Citrus Blonde Ale over in EPCOT right now as part of the 2021 Flower and Garden Festival.

Here at Thirsty River Bar, the sign also provides a bit of backstory for the brew, noting that it’s “brewed with honey sourced from pollinator-friendly solar farms,” all in keeping with the Earth Day festivities taking place right now in Animal Kingdom as specialty offerings like this one are available through April 24th!

CHEERS!
We enjoy how you can pick up on those hints of honey in this citrusy ale. Complete with orange zest, it’s crisp, light, and refreshing… an altogether terrific spring sip for beer drinkers!

First Magnitude Honey Bee Citrus Draft Blonde Ale
First Magnitude Honey Bee Citrus Draft Blonde Ale is currently available for $10.00 at Thirsty River Bar and Trek Snacks here in Animal Kingdom. (Keep an eye out at spots like Nomad Lounge and Dino-Bites for this one through April 24th, too! And remember, it’s at the EPCOT Flower & Garden Festival, as well, which runs through July 5th.) Oh, and if mixed drinks are more your thing, you can order up the Yeti Sunset at Thirsty River Bar while you’re there!
Check out the new Yeti Sunset right here!
No matter what you order, we say CHEERS to you from Animal Kingdom!
