Okay, Gideon’s fans, we’ve got BIG news.
Gideon’s Bakehouse at Disney Springs is constantly servin’ up seasonal cookies and other creative eats (remember those blended-up Cake Dips?!). And now, they’ve debuted a NEW way to get your fix of cookie goodness.
Gideon’s shared that starting today, they are introducing Bites! These guys are each 1/4 of a Gideon’s Cookie, dipped in chocolate and sprinkled with cookie toppings. You can grab prepackaged bags of ’em: each bag will contain 1 Bite each of the Chocolate Chip, Triple Chocolate, Cookies & Cream, Peanut Butter Crunch, and Pistachio Toffee Chocolate Chip cookies! And boy do they look GOOD.
Gideon’s has specified that these little Bites are extra rich, and they offer a different taste than their classic cookies. So this bag isn’t a way to sample those classic flavors! Instead, it’s the “next step” to your Gideon’s experience. We think we’re ready! How about you?!
These Bites are available as single bites at Gideon’s at East End, or in Bite Bags at both the East End and Disney Springs location. And if you’re wondering how one of these Bites is the Peanut Butter Crunch Cookie when those cookies were low in stock, good news! They have been FULLY restocked now. Peanut Butter Crunch Cookies for everyone!
On a different note, Gideon’s mentioned that Key Lime Pie Cake will be BACK this weekend! So keep an eye out. 😉 And stay tuned to DFB for more Disney news!

Thank you for all your wonderful updates! Do you happen know if there is still a long wait on the weekends? Anything over 7 hours seems like an eternity!

Jan, from our reporters’ onsite experiences, lines are still long for Gideon’s on the weekends. Recently they tried to enter the queue at 7PM, and it was closed for the night.
