Disney Parks are the place to be when celebrating!
Whether it’s a major holiday like Christmas, or it’s a holiday that only super fans know about like Adventureland Day, there are SO many ways to celebrate in the parks! If you are a fan of Halloween, Disney has some NEW celebrations to celebrate Halfway to Halloween!
Starting today, May 7th, Disney is releasing some limited-time food and drinks to honor the spooky holiday!
If you’re headed to Disney World around this time, you’ll want to visit Gideon’s Bakehouse in Disney Springs for the brand new Gideon’s Hand Pies! The pies include a handmade Gideon’s Bakehouse Chocolate Chip Cookie baked inside a flaky and buttery pie crust. These are limited to two per person, and will be available May 10th-12th while supplies last!
For more chocolatey treats, head to The Ganachery in Disney Springs for the Cauldron Cocoa Bomb! The treat is made of a dark chocolate cauldron that’s filled with hot cocoa mix and green marshmallows and topped with an edible image of the Sanderson sisters and a chocolate broom stirrer. You can grab this from May 10th-12th as well! But you will need to tune into the Disney Parks TikTok tomorrow, May 8, to get the secret code to order!
If you’re visiting Disneyland at this time, don’t worry! Black Tap Craft Burgers & Shakes at Downtown Disney is offering a twist on a classic fall treat — the Classic Pumpkin Pie Shake! This is Black Tap’s take on fall flavors with a pumpkin pie shake topped with whipped cream, graham cracker crumbles, and a cherry. The shake is available for a limited-time from May 7th-9th.
Today, we also learned that Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party is being replaced by Disney’s After Hours Boo Bash.

Is the mickey’s not so scary halloween party gone for good? It says it’s being replaced by the boo bash. No more boo to you too parade?
DFB Sarah says
Miranda, Disney has not said MNSSHP is gone for good, just that this year, it’s the BOO BASH. It’s unclear, based on their phrasing, whether this is a permanent or temporary change.
