Hello, DFB Friends! We’ve been busy eating our way around Mother’s Day snacks and summer treats at Disney World!

Mother’s Day Cupcake
We’ve had SO many cupcakes (like LOADS of cupcakes), a boozy strawberry lemonade, a new cronut, and more! But we haven’t forgotten to keep checking the menus at Disney World restaurants so we can keep you updated on menu changes, price increases (and sometimes decreases) and more! So let’s get on with what’s changed this week!
Disney’s Hollywood Studios
Fairfax Fare
Fairfax Fare is still closed at Hollywood Studios, but it’s seem some menu updates, which COULD suggest it’s reopening soon — although no reopening date has yet been announced! Although this food spot was previously known for Tex-Mex and Southwest flavors, its menu got a complete overhaul and the entrees are now just hotdogs.
There are 4 hot dogs on the menu — the California BLTA Dog ($11.49), the Pretzel Dog ($11.49), the Truffle Bacon Macaroni & Cheese Hot Dog ($11.49), or the All-Beef Quarter-pounder Hot Dog ($9.49)! Also new to the menu is the plant-based Chicago-style “Hot Dog” Salad.

Fairfax Fare is still closed
The Tres Leches Verrine is no longer on the dessert menu. Intead, two new additions have arrived. The first is the Strawberry Shortcake Verrine made of Vanilla Cake with Fresh Strawberries, Whipped Cream, Strawberry Crisp Pearls, and Dehydrated Strawberries for $5.99. The other dessert is the Snacking Sandwich Cookie which is made of Fluffy Vanilla Marshmallow sandwiched between Pretzel and Potato Chip Shortbread Cookies covered in Dark Chocolate and Sea Salt for $4.99.

Tres Leches Verrine is no longer available
Both of the sides on the menu are new, too! There are now Parmesan Chips for $4.49 and Pickled Vegetables for $3.99. In addition, new beers have been added to the menu, including 3 Daughters Beach Blonde Ale ($10), Bold City Duke’s Cold Nose Brown Ale ($10), Kona Big Wave Golden Ale ($10), Tampa Bay Reef Donkey APA ($10), and Bud Light Lager ($8), all served as 20 ounces.

No more rice bowls
Two new cocktails have arrived, too! There is the Red Stag Black Cherry Bourbon Lemonade (which we’ve seen in EPCOT) with Jim Bean Red Stag Black Cherry Bourbon mixed with Minute Maid Lemonade for $13, and the Spiked Punch which features Captain Morgan Original Spiced Rum is back on the menu for $11.

A few things are now missing from the Beach Club Marketplace menu: Freshly Made Mickey-shaped Crisped Rice Treat, Tiramisu, Mickey Chocolate Mousse Dome, Frozen Strawberry Bar, and Cutwater Rum and Ginger.

Barefoot Pool Bar
So we invented a Spiked Kakamora Float at the Barefoot Pool Bar, and apparently, they liked it so much, they officially added it to the menu!

And now we’re officially on island time!
It’s Parrot Bay coconut rum blended with cream of coconut and pineapple juice, layered with pineapple Dole Whip and blue curaçao. And it is SUPER refreshing!
