Planning your Disney World dining reservations?
Some of ’em can be pretty hard to get! With the high crowds, Table Service reservations have been getting snatched up pretty quickly lately. But lucky for you, we’ve got plenty of tips to help you out — including a little trick that can help you snag those reservations MUCH easier and earlier.
Currently, you can book dining reservations through the Disney World website up to 60 days before the start of your trip (for trips that last up to 10 days). Prior to the closure, it was 180 days. So this is a bit of a change. And while 60 days may seem like a lot of time, plenty of restaurants fill up right when that 60-day window hits. But there IS a way to book some your reservations way before those 60 days…and we’re gonna clue you in.
Introducing, the magic of OpenTable! Now, Disney World-owned restaurants, as well as any third-party restaurants in the parks, are not on this site. That means you’ll have to wait until 60 days out to book Be Our Guest, Cinderella’s Royal Table, and other popular park eats. But select Disney Springs restaurants — as well as dining spots at the Swan and Dolphin Hotels — ARE on there.
So…how early CAN you book? Well, it depends on the restaurant! For example, you can reserve your table for Wine Bar George in Disney Springs more than a year in advance. (Yup, you heard that right. A YEAR.). No worries about missing out on one of our hands-down favorite spots on property!
That’s the furthest out we’re seeing availability for restaurants on Disney property, but you can book a few more tables up to 6 months in advance! Il Mulino New York Trattoria at the Walt Disney World Swan, Shula’s Steakhouse at the Walt Disney World Dolphin, and Raglan Road Irish Pub in Disney Springs all allow a 6-month booking window. That’s still far more than Disney’s 60-day limit!
Lastly, a TON more restaurants let you book between 60 days and 6 months out. The reservation windows vary for Paddlefish, The Boathouse, The Edison, Maria & Enzo’s Ristorante, Morimoto Asia, and Big River Grille, so be sure to check your restaurant of choice beforehand!
If you are interested in booking a spot at any of these restaurants, head on over to OpenTable and see what’s available! Chances are, you’ll be able to score something WAY before Disneys 60-day booking window even opens. Best of luck to ya! And stay tuned to DFB for more Disney tips and tricks.

Paul says
Are reservations that far in advance necessary for these restaurants? Some of the restaurants in the parks, definitely yes. Just curious?
DFB Sarah says
Paul, for many, yes. Reduced capacity is making it difficult for folks to get ADRs.
Samantha says
If I book my reservation on OpenTable, can I still use a dining credit to pay?
DFB Gigi says
Hi Samantha! Yes, you will just let your server know that you are on the dining plan when you get to the restaurant, but they’ll usually ask you before they bring the bill.
