Looking to get your workout on? Needing a little inspo to help you get started?!
Well, Disney has been releasing some fun workouts that you can do while watching your favorite movies and we are loving all of the options. We have seen Tangled and Pixar-themed workouts and now Disney has released a Lion King workout!
This workout actually feels more like a game, but don’t let that lead you astray! Upon first glance, you might think this workout will be a cinch. After all, how many times are you ACTUALLY going to see a zebra in a film about mostly lions?
Uh, apparently a lot. So when you see certain things in the movie, there will be a set workout for you to complete! This means a 30-second plank for each zebra-sighting, as well as a 30-second cobra pose each time you see Pride Rock. And, oh my goodness, will Zazu ever quit complaining about his job? Do we REALLY have to do 10 tricep dips again?
This workout can be TIRING, but so worth it. Plus, it’s fun! So…win-win? Do you see yourself trying these movie workouts out? Have you tried any of the others that Disney has released?! Let us know.
