Education is very important, and teachers have certainly met some unique challenges over the past year due to the pandemic.
But we’ve seen Disney honor teachers over the past year by donating school supplies, and we’ve also seen teachers get special hotel and restaurant discounts.
Now, one Disneyland Resort restaurant wants to honor teachers by offering them a little something sweet! Salt & Straw in Downtown Disney is offering a free scoop of ice cream to teachers from now through May 31st.
So if you’re a K-12 teacher (or educator), head on over to Downtown Disney ASAP and get your free scoop of ice cream! All you have to do is show your most current school ID. Salt & Straw has a lot of interesting flavors to choose from — we’ve seen everything from turkey ice cream to brown ale and bacon ice cream to banana and avocado sorbet. You’re bound to find something interesting AND tasty!
And we’ll let you know if we spot any other deals for teachers, too!
