We’re constantly keeping an eye on the latest Disney food news for ya!
That includes new eats, disappearing treats (womp, womp), and the latest menu updates. And boy, do we have some changes to tell you about over at Chefs de France!
This sit-down restaurant in EPCOT’s France Pavilion is known for its authentic French cuisine, and it can get a little pricey! And recently, Disney upped that price tag even more on a LOT of this spot’s offerings.
As far as appetizers go, the Escargot is now $14.95 instead of $14, the French Onion Soup is $10.75 instead of $10.50, and the Baked Goat Cheese is $14.25 instead of $13.99!
Meanwhile, the Charcuterie is now $16.25 instead of $15.99, and the salad has been upped from $10.25 to $10.50.
Moving onto entrees! That Lemon Marinated Salmon will cost ya $33.25 now instead of $32.99, and the Boeuf Bourguignon is $32.75 instead of $31.99…
…while the Chef’s Salad with Chicken has been upped from $28.90 to $29.90. And last but not least (for our entrees!), the Filet de Boeuf de Grille now costs $39.75 instead of $38.99.
A couple of desserts have gotten price increases, too! The Crème Brûlée is now $11.95 instead of $11.75, the Tarte au Chocolate is $12.95 instead of $12.75, and the Berry Fruit Salad (with a madeleine!) costs $12.50 instead of $12.
Finally, the Prix Fixe meal, which includes an appetizer, entree, dessert, and drink, is now $56.90. It was $54.90 before! Most wines on the menu are also pricier now, too.
A couple of cents per dish may not seem like too much, but it can really add up across your bill! If you’re visiting this restaurant soon, just keep these changes in mind. And stay tuned to DFB for more Disney news!

Price increase hardly worth mentioning, food is too good to pass up. Plus the nice air conditioned sit down lunch or dinner is a great break.
The menu is rotten now compared to before with a only four options for entrees, they use to have one of the best menus and options to choose from, its been rationed down now to what = a ripoff. Both in offerings, portions, and quality. This place like Le Cellier has gone from great to overpriced highway robbery. Cheap hard green beans is all that is served property wide now, its pathetic. And the markup is well over 100%.
This title is real click bait
Most increase are between 1 and 3%. That’s honest increase from the company that operates the restaurant.
Unlike latest Disney latest increases on already overprice items.
Hey ! You dear Springs Roll just went up 26% !!!!!!!!!
Absolutely love Chefs de Prices for food and everything else have gone up all over the country. Even the tiny, Chinese restaurant around the corner in Orlando had to put up a sign saying chicken prices are up so they have to increase the price of meals. Disney is big, but they have costs and overhead, too. They aren’t increasing them by very much. I think they a having to make choices, too. They are re-starting a bunch of restaurants and having to pay higher wages to entice employees, food costs are up, inflation is rising. I’m just glad they are big enough to minimize the increase in price across a very large company.
Food costs are going up for everyone. Don’t think these are huge increases.
A WDW vaca is a fortune, but so is everything that you have to pay for anywhere. Have you gone grocery shopping lately? Every time I go the prices are higher. I get sticker shock from buying food; I just paid almost 5.00 dollars for a medium head of romaine lettuce! I can’t imagine how much Disney pays for food, utilities, gasoline, etc.
We have always enjoyed CdF and believe it to be the most reasonably priced restaurant on property for the quality of the food and atmosphere. These small price increases will not keep us away. I just wish they would add some new choices to the menu that has hardly changed over many years. The Filet has always been my “go to” choice!
