Things are constantly changing all around Disney World!
Recently, we’ve seen some changes when it comes to Disney’s Monorail. Select social distancing markers have been removed on some walkways leading up to the monorail. The construction at the monorail station at Disney’s Polynesian Village Resort is coming along, and we’ve even seen some of the monorails get an updated look over the past few months. And now we’ve spotted something new when it comes to Disney’s monorails, specifically Monorail Orange!
Monorails Red, Peach, Green, and others have gotten a new look, and now Monorail Orange has joined the bunch!
If you hop aboard Monorail Orange now, you’ll find that it has that updated, more modern (but also sort-of retro) look to it. On the inside of the Monorail, you’ll find an updated design that says Walt Disney World Monorail Orange and features some of those retro Disney World “D” logos.
You can see a closer look at that Disney World logo and more of the “Monorail Orange” part of the design in the photo below.
During our trip on Monorail Orange, we found that it also had those distancing dividers in the seating areas to help separate guests when seated.
So, if you’re in Disney World and happen to catch a ride on Monorail Orange, be sure to look out for these updated design features!
We’ll be sure to keep an eye out for more updates about Disney World’s monorails and other forms of transportation and share those updates with you.

Benjamin Pfister says
These design color changes are better as they give a pop of color inside the monorail as well as outside.
