Earlier today, we announced that Sebastian’s Bistro will reopen soon at Disney’s Caribbean Beach Resort with a NEW Family-Style dinner!
We’re just now getting a first look at the full menu that will be available when guests dine at Sebastian’s Bistro!
The new Family-Style meal will cost $29 per adult and $17 per child, plus tax and gratuity. Let’s take a look at what that price tag will get you for dinner! Disney World has shared that Sebastian’s Bistro will now offer a Taste of the Caribbean Family-Style dinner, which includes Pull-apart Rolls and The Spice Necklace Salad to start, followed by the Taste of Caribbean as your main course, complete with their Coconut-Pineapple Bread Pudding for dessert! For an additional $8, you can add on an order of Fried Coconut Shrimp.
There is also a Plant-based menu available.
If you would like to order a beverage to go along with your meal, Sebastian’s Bistro will feature a variety of Specialty Cocktails for an additional fee…
…as well as Sangria and Specialty Caribbean Rums…
…Beer, Cider, and Hard Seltzer…
…and finally, a wide selection of Wines!
If you’re interested in giving this new Family-Style dinner a try, Sebastian’s Bistro will reopen on June 24th, offering Walk-Up dining in its initial reopening period. Starting on July 5th, they will switch to a reservation-based dinner service. Reservations will be available for booking starting on June 10th.

Quin A. says
Yay! Sad I never got to try the old Sebastians but this is exciting.
Do you think it will be all you care to eat like Ohana or no?
DFB Sarah says
Quin A., I would expect it to be all-you-care-to-enjoy, but the announcement did not specify that it is. We will review and update!
Jill says
Sorry to see this family style menu. We won’t be going there. Not interested in the salad or dessert, so not much reason to pay for it.
DJ Moves says
This has a sort of Ohana-lite vibe, kinda like Caribbean having that feel in general to the Polynesian. I was wondering, my family doesn’t eat pig products whatsoever…would they usually let us pick something off the plant based menu to sub or so we just have to ignore that part of the platter?
DFB Sarah says
DJ Moves, I would suggest being sure you add that information to your reservation (either in My Disney Experience or by calling Disney dining). I would expect they’d allow you to sub in some plant-based items, but I can’t be 100% sure. It’s always worth asking, and we do find Disney to be generally accommodating for something like this.
Rachel Bishop says
Has it been determined yet if this is all-you-care-to-eat?
DFB Sarah says
Rachel, one of our reporters ate at Sebastian’s yesterday. It is all-you-care-to-enjoy, but they start you out with big portions, too.
