If you’ve been missing out on your favorite Disney World resort restaurants, we have some good news!
We just found out that ‘Ohana will reopen SOON at Disney’s Polynesian Village Resort. In addition to hat exciting news, over at Disney’s Caribbean Beach Resort, you’ll soon have more dining options when Sebastian’s Bistro reopens!
Sebastian’s Bistro will officially reopen on Thursday, June 24th. Nightly walk-in availability will be offered through July 4th. Bookings will be available starting June 10th for reservations starting on July 5th.
When Sebastian’s reopen, it will feature a NEW family-style meal for dinner! Dinner will be gin with house-baked pull-apart rolls, followed by a Taste of the Caribbean Platter for the entire table. The meal will include oven-roasted citrus chicken, slow-cooked mojo pork with mango sambal, and grilled flank steak with mojito relish, with a side of cilantro rice and beans, vegetable curry, and grilled broccolini. Sebastian’s popular coconut-pineapple bread pudding will be included for dessert.
We can’t wait to hop on the Disney Skyliner and visit Sebastian’s Bistro once again (and check out this new Family-Style dinner!). Stay tuned for MORE of the latest dining news from Disney World!

I think out of all the menu changes at Disney this is the one I’m most disappointed in because this is the restaurant that I was looking forward to this most. There are few places on property that she can get seafood options and this was one of them. The menu was uniquely had a Caribbean vibe to it and this seems like a menu you would get at Chipolte. I have yet been to any Caribbean destination with cilantro rice. This is not only just sad that a great restaurant menu has been changed, but sad that this is what Disney think a Caribbean restaurant should have on the menu.
