Hello from Magic Kingdom!
We’re checkin’ out Disney World’s flagship park to see what’s new in construction, merchandise, and more. Let’s get started!
Magic Kingdom Construction Updates
We’ve been keeping an eye on the scrim on Peter Pan’s Flight in Fantasyland. Recently, more of it has been removed!
We also noticed some new trees planted by Cinderella Castle, towards New Fantasyland and Tomorrowland.
Speaking of Tomorrowland, the main entrance area by Monster’s, Inc. Laugh Floor is still being repaved.
We’re also keeping up with ALL the progress on the Jungle Cruise reimagining! Recently, we noticed a few new additions: the animatronic skipper’s sunken boat…
…and a new Boats and Baits and Bites shop!
With the further relaxing of safety policies, guests are also being seated a little differently on here now. The plexiglass in the boats is down, and guests can now occupy the middle crates.

These are all $19.99 apiece.
Star Traders
There’s MORE new Stitch gear at Star Traders! We found a kids’ t-shirt for $19.99…
…and a kids’ sweatshirt for $39.99.
The Americana fanny pack has also been restocked!
Snag it for $24.99 to celebrate the upcoming 4th of July.
Tomorrowland Light and Power Co.
In Tomorrowland Light and Power Co., we found a new magnet to celebrate Indiana Jones’ 40th anniversary.
It’s $14.99!

And lastly, Pride Month gift card bracelets are BACK in the Emporium!
You can activate them with a minimum of $15.

Magic Kingdom Additional Updates
We’re continuing to see changes to safety measures across property. On the monorails to Magic Kingdom, the plastic dividers have all been removed.
The Walt Disney World Railroad remains temporarily closed. However, as a reminder, guests can request the Main Street Train Station as a location when they purchase a PhotoPass photoshoot package.
Lastly, bad weather in the area recently caused over 15 rides in all 4 parks to temporarily close — including in Magic Kingdom. The issue was resolved later that day.
And that wraps up our quick trip to Magic Kingdom! We’ll be in the parks every day bringing you all the latest Disney news, so stay tuned to DFB!
