The International Flower and Garden Festival recently ended in EPCOT, but in just a few days it’ll be time for the 2021 International Food & Wine Festival to take over!
We’re talking all kinds of food booths, the return of the cheese crawl, scavenger hunts, and more! We previously got a look at all of the booths that are confirmed to return to the festival, but now we’ve got a look at ALL of the menus for these booths! Warning: you might not want to read this post while hungry!
Today we’re sharing the FULL MENUS for all of the Food & Wine Festival’s Outdoor Kitchens!
During this year’s festival, there will be LOTS of festival-exclusive outdoor kitchens or locations with festival-specific offerings. This includes some specialty items that will be available at locations throughout EPCOT, like Joffrey’s Coffee & Tea Company kiosks.
While there are a number of returning booths and items, there are also quite a few newcomers.

Let’s take a look at some of the BIG changes and important info you need to know right now.
NEW Booths and Menu Items
In terms of new booths this year, we’ve actually quite a few new spots that will be joining the festival!
One of those new spots is The Noodle Exchange, which will feature noodle-inspired dishes like Traditional Spicy Vietnamese Beef Pho with Shaved Beef, Enoki Mushrooms, and Thai Basil and Char Siu Pork Udon with Enoki Mushrooms, Bok Choy, and Soy Pickled Egg.
If you’re a fan of noodles, it sounds like this might be the booth for you!

There will also be a new booth called The Swanky Saucy Swine. This spot will be serving up a variety of dishes, including Crispy Barbecue Pork Rinds with Pimento Cheese (which is actually part of Emile’s Fromage Montage, a.k.a. the cheese crawl)…
…as well as Soy-glazed Sticky Ribs with Green Onions and Peanuts and other dishes!

We will be checking out these new items and bringing you ALL of our thoughts on them soon, so be sure to stay tuned for our reviews!

Returning Festival Favorites
While we are excited about trying some of the new booths and new menu items, sometimes there’s nothing quite like having a returning favorite!
This year, a number of festival favorites or classics will be returning including the Canadian Cheddar and Bacon Soup served with a Pretzel Roll at the Canada Booth…
…the Schinkennudeln: Pasta Gratin with Ham, Onions, and Cheese at the Germany Booth…
…and the Kālua Pork Slider with Sweet-and-Sour DOLE Pineapple Chutney and Spicy Mayonnaise from the Hawaii booth!
So, if you’re looking for some of those classics, be sure to check out the full menus to see what’s returning!

Just keep in mind that some of the booths at this year’s festival won’t actually open until October! This is really important to keep in mind if you were planning to visit the Festival earlier. Be sure to check if some of your favorites won’t be opening until later.
