From Haunted Mansion to Jungle Cruise, Magic Kingdom has some of the most iconic Disney World rides. If you have a Disney World trip coming up around the end of July, we have some news about “it’s a small world” that might affect your visit!
We’ve seen a lot of construction taking place in Magic Kingdom, and now beginning as of July 27. 2021, “it’s a small world,” along with several ofter attractions in Disney World, is showing on the calendar as closed for refurbishment.

Currently, the calendar only shows “it’s a small world” as closed through July 29, 2021, so it’s possible that this could be a very short-lived refurbishment, but it’s also possible that this schedule could be extended or these dates changed. We do not know what Disney has in mind for this refurbishment. It could simply be routine maintenance.

They would not dare to close “It’s a small world” for the 50th. The incoming fans would coming in for the fall would do crazy. I predict it is only short lived. But you know Disney would take you 1 day at your home, 23 days for a fix it contractor, Disney 3-6 weeks. The ate the industry leader and benchmark for all others on stretching things out and poorly orchestrated…if you know what I mean.
