We’re talking about Mickey Pretzels, Mickey Bars, Mickey Ice Cream sandwiches, Churros, and well, the most legendary of ALL Disney snacks, the Dole Whip. And now there’s a BIG reason to celebrate that wonderful pineapple soft serve.
Did you know that Disney Dole Whip goes all the way back to 1984? It was introduced at a trade show, but Dole Food Company took over as the sponsor of The Enchanted Tiki Room and Tiki Juice Bar at Disneyland, Dole started offering it there. And the rest is history! You can now grab Dole Whip at Disney Parks in a variety of flavors — there’s classic pineapple, of course, but there’s also coconut, raspberry, watermelon, and more!

Disney wants to honor ALL THINGS Dole Whip, so the company has announced that tomorrow, July 19th, is officially Dole Whip Day! And in anticipation of this holiday that we can TOTALLY get behind, there’s a brand new Dole Whip wallpaper you can download from the Disney Parks Blog.

is there a typo? Reading this Dole Whip article today (July 18) and it says that TOMORROW, June 19th is Dole Whip Day. Am I reading this one month late, or is it for JULY 19?
