We’re SO CLOSE to the long-awaited release of Disney’s Jungle Cruise.
Jungle Cruise is set to release in theaters and on Disney+ Premier Access on July 30th, and if you were planning to watch it with a dinner-and-a-movie kind of evening, you need to hear about this promotion.
If you are planning to see Jungle Cruise in the theaters, Applebee’s is offering a promotion along with the release of the film! For every $25 you spend at Applebee’s, you can receive a free movie ticket.
With this promotion, you can get one free movie ticket (up to a maximum of four) for every $25 you spend at Applebee’s. Whether you order in the restaurant, for delivery, or to go, every $25 you spend counts toward a free ticket! After you spend $25, you can use your receipt to redeem your tickets online. The fine print states that the promo limits movie ticket value up to $15 per ticket and excludes tax, gratuity, and gift card purchases, as well as alcohol purchases in California.
So basically, if you spend $100 at Applebee’s, you can get four free movie tickets. This is the perfect opportunity to turn your Jungle Cruise viewing into dinner AND a movie! Keep reading DFB for all your Disney news and updates!

Stop promoting this as dinner and a movie being that you have to wait 2-5 days for the code to be verified in order to to get the tickets.

I didn’t realize Applebee’s was still in business. All 5 of the locations near me closed years ago.
They’ve been empty buildings ever since.

always a catch,,,and what movie theater restrictions are there? its probably limited to only one chain or something.

Don’t buy into Applebee’s free movie ticket (Jungle Cruise) scam. They basically set it up (either purposefully or due to incompetence) to not pay off the movie tickets in many cases (myself and others I’ve seen online). You have to send them a photo of the fully itemized receipt to get the tickets. The only problem is that the receipt is so long that it is pretty much impossible to get a clear picture and they send a rejection of the submission if the receipt is not crystal clear. Perhaps ordering online and using the e-mailed receipt might produce better results.

Went to Applebee’s a week ago emailed a picture of my receipt which was short spent over $50.00 have heard anything about my tickets. Is this a scam to get you to go to Applebee’s? I don’t know how to check and see if there is a problem .

Yep it’s a total frikking scam between Applebees and Fangdango to avoid redeeming customers the movie tickets. I have the same problem. Submitted receipt multiple times and received same rejections every time. Should file complain with Better Business Bureau.

Complete scam. I tried twice with one receipt then used a friend’s receipt. Denied 3 times due to their inability to clearly read the receipts. All 3 photos of receipts were taken with a brand new iPhone 13 that I purchased 2 days before. I’m done with promos and Applebee’s.
