As conditions continue to change in the world, Disney continues to change and adapt in order to keep guests safe.
Today, a policy change was announced for Disneyland Resort in order to promote health and safety throughout the property and in partnership with guidance from the CDC.
Disneyland has announced that masks will now be required indoors, reversing the policy changes made in June. Beginning July 30th, all Cast Members and guests ages 2 and up will be required to wear appropriate face coverings in all indoor locations at Disneyland Resort regardless of vaccination status.
This change is also coming to Walt Disney World resort on the same day. This is in response to recent CDC guideline updates on mask-wearing while indoors.
We’ll be in the park to check out this change and bring you the latest updates and news as it comes. Stay tuned to DFB for all the details!

We had planned a trip to Disney World in October However, that will no longer happen.
Until I can enjoy “The Magic ” mask-free (that includes Cast Members) I will not be visiting Disney World.

I know people don’t want to see this, but I don’t want to see a bunch of people in the hospital or dying. I’d rather follow rules about wearing masks and social distancing than have Disney have to close again. But I’d also put up with that if it meant keeping people safe.
