ED says
AJ,I read that the extra park time will be only to the high end hotels and vacation club members ?????
DFB Sarah says
ED, that refers to the Evening Extended Hours benefit that, you’re correct, is for Deluxe and Deluxe Villa guests (when it starts). These are an extension of the regular Park hours that all guests can enjoy.
Jabroniville says
If I recall correctly, parks tended to be open 9-9 on regular days in at least the springtime, but extended the hours during the summer. How much later was it open during fall?
Ronjon says
As I have mentioned before. Even with Disney World new extended hours (as well as the regular hours), 8:00 pm, 9:00 pm and 10:00 is way too early to close. Especially when you are park hopping the parks. It makes it difficult to do when they closed so early as you end up with limited time. Why not close at midnight for all the parks, or at least 11:00 pm?
Prior to the Pandemic, Disneyland use to close at midnight during the summer and holiday’s. Now Disneyland closes at 10:00 pm, but it takes you less than 5 minutes from gate to gate from Disneyland to California Adventure. Where as at Disney World, it can take up to and hour to get to one park to another wasting valuable time you could be spending in the parks. Oh well, it is what it is.
