Howdy from Walt Disney World!
We’re taking a look at allll the average wait times from those magical parks this week, from Big Thunder Mountain Railroad to Tower of Terror, so let’s jump right into it! Here’s a look at the average wait times in Disney World this week.
Magic Kingdom
In Magic Kingdom, Seven Dwarfs Mine Train had the longest average wait time AGAIN this week with 87 minutes!
Then, we had Splash Mountain at 74 minutes, Space Mountain at 69 minutes Jungle Cruise at 63 minutes, Peter Pan’s Flight at 58 minutes, Haunted Mansion at 51 minutes, Pirates of the Caribbean at 45 minutes, Buzz Lightyear’s Space Ranger Spin at 44 minutes, and Astro Orbiter at 44 minutes.
Down in the 30s, we had Many Adventures of Winnie the Pooh at 38 minutes, “its a small world” at 35 minutes, Under the Sea – Journey of the Little Mermaid at 34 minutes, Big Thunder Mountain Railroad at 33 minutes, and Dumbo the Flying Elephant at 30 minutes.
After that we had Tomorrowland Speedway at 26 minutes, Barnstormer featuring the Great Goofini at 26 minutes, Tomorrowland Transit Authority PeopleMover at 24 minutes, Magic Carpets of Aladdin at 23 minutes, Mickey’s PhilharMagic at 22 minutes, Prince Charming Regal Carrousel at 22 minutes, and Mad Tea Party at 19 minutes.
Rides down in the single digits included Liberty Square Riverboat at 7 minutes, Country Bear Jamboree at 5 minutes, Tom Sawyer Island at 5 minutes, Carousel of Progress at 5 minutes, Enchanted Tiki Room at 0 minutes, and Swiss Family Robinson Treehouse at 0 minutes.
EPCOT
Over in EPCOT, Test Track had the longest average wait time at 69 minutes!
After that, we had Frozen Ever After at 54 minutes, Soarin’ at 30 minutes, Mission: SPACE at 28 minutes, and Gran Fiesta Tour at 27 minutes.
Rides with even shorter wait times included Spaceship Earth at 21 minutes, The Seas with Nemo and Friends at 15 minutes, Journey into Imagination at 11 minutes, and Living with the Land at 11 minutes.
The theater shows in EPCOT all had zero waits this past week except for ONE! Awesome Planet had an average wait time of a whopping 1 minute! The shows with no waits included: American Adventure, Beauty and the Beast Sing-Along, Disney and Pixar Short Film Festival, Impressions de France, and Reflections of China!
Hollywood Studios
Over in Hollywood Studios, we saw Slinky Dog Dash had the highest average wait time this week at 95 minutes.
After that we had Millennium Falcon: Smugglers Run at 84 minutes, Rock ‘n’ Roller Coaster featuring Aerosmith at 72 minutes, Mickey and Minnie’s Runaway Railway at 64 minutes, Tower of Terror at 62 minutes, and Toy Story Mania at 46 minutes.
Following that was Alien Swirling Saucers at 35 minutes, Star Tours – The Adventures Continue at 27 minutes, Muppet*Vision 3D at 13 minutes, Lightning McQueen’s Racing Academy at 13 minutes, and Walt Disney Presents at 12minutes,
Animal Kingdom
Last but certainly not least, we go over to Animal Kingdom where Avatar Flight of Passage had the longest average wait time at 123 minutes🥴.
Following that was Kilimanjaro Safaris at 51 minutes, Na’vi River Journey at 49 minutes, and Kali River Rapids at 47 minutes.
We had Expedition Everest at 34 minutes, DINOSAUR at 30 minutes, It’s Tough to Be a Bug at 14 minutes, TriceraTop Spin at 11 minutes, and Gorilla Falls Exploration Trail at 0 minutes.

I just don’t get what all the hype is about Seven Dwarfs Mine Train. My daughter and I went on it for the first time last month, and we felt like Big Thunder was similar – and much better!
