Here at the DFB, we love helping you save money, because, let’s face it, Disney World can be expensive.
Now, we’ve got a new tip to pass along to our Costco members that will help save money at some Disney World restaurants!
If you aren’t familiar, Landry’s owns and operates restaurants like Yak & Yeti Restaurant, T-Rex, and Rainforest Cafe in Walt Disney World.
Currently, Costco is selling $100 Landry’s gift cards (two at $50 each) for only $79.99! You can look for these gift cards at your local Costco warehouse, or buy them online at Costco.com. Using these cards at the Landry’s-owned restaurants in Disney World could save you $20 on your $100 meal!
If you aren’t a Costco member, you can still buy Disney gift cards with a Target RedCard for 5% off the amount of your gift card.
When it starts to feel like things in Disney are getting more expensive, little ways to save money here and there can make a big difference! If you’re interested in more money-saving tips, stay tuned. We’re always looking for ways to help you improve your Disney vacation!

When we went in January 2020 we were not permitted to use the Landry’s gift cards at Yak & Yeti, which I was confused about. We ended up going to Rainforest Cafe and had no problems. Has anyone actually been successful using one at Yak & Yeti?

That is weird since th Y&Y logo is on the gift card.

Kristy, that’s odd. We have used Landry’s gift cards in the past but obviously things change….like the fact it is now impossible to get a Yak & Yeti reservation ANYTIME!!!

I have commented twice on this post and neither one has shown up. Weird. I said that you can shop online at Costco.com if you are not a member, you just pay a small upcharge. The 2nd time I said that you should be able to use this card at Y&Y because their logo is on the card. Also, there is a 1-800 number you can call to get reservations at Y&Y but you have to be a Landry’s member. The membership is $25, but you get that back in gift cards.

Wait, the Disney Food Blog is actually doing a blog post related to Disney Food? Am I at the right place? I thought the Disney Food Blog only did posts about how terrible masks are or how awful Disney is for ticket prices.
