Batten down the hatches! We have some interesting information to share with you about the Crew’s Cup Lounge in Disney’s Yacht Club Resort!

The Yacht Club resort is home to dining locations like Ale & Compass and Yachtsman Steakhouse, which is set to open on August 5th! As more lounges around Disney World start to open, we noticed that this lounge is returning with an expanded (and expensive) new menu!
Starting tomorrow, August 5th, the Crew’s Cup Lounge has operating hours listed from 4:00PM to 11:00PM.

Not only that, but currently, the online menu is showing the same menu items as Yachtsman Steakhouse. This could be a menu glitch, or it’s possible that the location is being used as overflow seating.

We can’t wait to see Crew’s Cup Lounge reopen and to find out if this was a menu glitch or if they are actually serving these items! Be sure to stay tuned to the DFB for more food updates, reviews, and announcements!

It sounds like Yachtsmens Steakhouse Jr., not what I would expect in a lounge. Ate there many times before but don’t anticipate returning for this menu/price point. It’s not that we CAN’T, we just WON’T. Sad to say.
Where is the clam chowder for $8?
Totally agree with Melva Exner’s comment! Just go ahead and change the name too. It’ll be less confusing to guests who go there expecting lounge type food. We too *can* afford it but we will chose not to. What a shame! So many loved the old Crews Cup. This makes me afraid of what Disney is going to do to The Wave! Probably similar. $50+ entrees.
