Toledo – Tapas, Steak, and Seafood is located at the top of the Gran Destino Tower at Disney’s Coronado Springs Resort, and it has officially reopened!
When Toledo opened for reservations last month, they announced an updated and slightly different menu for the reopening, so we’ve been super excited to try out some of their new things! Of course we hurried over as soon as we could for some amazing food and views to match!
We went all the way to the top of the Gran Destino Tower at Disney’s Coronado Springs to get to Toledo. In the past, we’ve really enjoyed trying some unique tapas and dishes that we haven’t seen anywhere else but at Toledo! We’re glad to be back, so let’s go check it out!
Atmosphere
When we got to Toledo, we checked in and then walked through the gorgeous entrance.
The restaurant has a gorgeous ceiling and a spacious dining room.
There are plenty of seating options including booths and regular tables. The natural light comes flooding in from the windows, too!
Plus, the views from the top of the Gran Destino Tower are absolutely stunning!
This certainly feels upscale in the atmosphere, but let’s check out the menu!
Menu
As you can tell by the full name of the restaurant, Toledo is known for having tapas! There are a range of options to choose from including Charred Octopus and Pan con Tomate.
The menu has a Chef’s Signature Dinner for Two for $129 (which we will give you a look at in just a minute!)…
…and plenty of regular entree items to choose from.
You’ll also see plenty of sides to choose from on the menu including Blistered Shishito Peppers, Roasted Cauliflower, and Olive Oil-Potato Purée! There are a few dessert choices as well.
It wouldn’t be a complete menu without a kids’ menu! The menu features a few kids appetizers and a variety of entrees.
So let’s take a look at what we ordered tonight!
Eats
First, we ordered our drinks! We started with the Tequila Daisy which is made with Don Julio Blanco Tequila, Torres Magdala Naranjas del Mediterráneo, Grapefruit, Lime, Hibiscus, and Soda Water. We also ordered the Gran Gin Tonic (which is the signature drink of Gran Destino Tower!) that includes Tanqueray Gin, House-made Saffron-Orange Tonic, and Soda Water.
For our food, we ordered the Chef’s Signature Dinner for Two! This $129 meal starts with the Flight of Four Pinxtos which includes Chilled Mussels ‘Escabèche, Olive Oil-poached Tuna with Lemon, ‘Tortilla Española’ Spanish Potato Omelet, Valdeón Blue Cheese with Fig and Honey.
The meal also included The Spaniard (AKA a charcuterie board) which features the Chefs’ signature selection of artisanal Charcuterie and Cheeses!
For the main entree of the dinner for two, you’ll receive the Chuletón Bone-In Rib-Eye served with Tomato, Onions, and choice of two House Sides. We chose the Olive Oil-Potato Purée and the Brussels Sprouts as our sides.
Finally, the dinner comes with ‘The Toledo Tapas Bar Dessert’ which includes Spanish Coffee, Crunchy Chocolate, Raspberry Mousse, and Lemon Curd!
We’ll be writing a full review with more details about the newly reopened Toledo – Tapas, Steak, and Seafood soon, so keep following DFB!

I’m looking forward to trying Toledo on our December trip. We stayed in the tower in April – absolutely gorgeous! – but Toledo was not open yet. Looks like a tasty menu and a beautiful environment.
