Tonight is the first night of Disney World’s After Hours BOO Bash and we are here to tell you every last detail!
One of the best parts of Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party, prior to the pandemic, was the BOO to You Parade. The feeling of sheer terror when the Headless Horseman would trot through the crowds really set the bar for what is one of the most anticipated parades at Disney World. While we absolutely LOVED that parade, we could not WAIT to see what BOO Bash had in store for us.
Last year’s Halloween Cavalcades gave us a sneak peek of what to expect, but we knew Disney would have something new up their sleeves, and boy, were we right. The lights even seemed to change based on the different cavalcades!
Mickey’s Happy Halloween Cavalcade
Mickey’s Happy Halloween Cavalcade will take place each night of BOO Bash at 9:55PM and 11:25PM. The first cavalcade will start and end in Frontierland, while the second will start in Frontierland and end on Main Street, U.S.A.! Mickey’s Cavalcade began with dancers and Donald and Daisy Duck dressed in their Halloween costumes.
We also got to see Mickey and Minnie Mouse in their spooky costumes waving and dancing from a gazebo, followed by Pluto in his best Halloween look!
Disney Villain Halloween Cavalcade
The Disney Villain Halloween Cavalcade brought us the Bowler Hat Guy’s dancing skills.
It’s the Disney Villain Halloween Cavalcade! BTW, when is Bowler Hat Guy going to start giving dancing lessons? #BooBash pic.twitter.com/yxtpV1vIRe

We caught a glimpse of the Evil Queen presumably hatching an evil plan.
And the Queen of Hearts and Captain Hook definitely put on their dancing shoes tonight!
You’ll be able to see the Villains Halloween Cavalcade during Boo Bash at 10:30PM and 11:45PM.
Jack’s Nightmare Cavalcade
In Jack’s Nightmare Cavalcade, we saw the King and Queen of Halloween, Jack and Sally, dancing to “This is Halloween” from The Nightmare Before Christmas.
And, of course, Oogie Boogie was there with a spooky jack-o’-lantern!
We caught a video of the Nightmare Cavalcade crew hailing to the pumpkin song as they cruised past us.

Want to see Jack and his friends in the Nightmare Cavalcade? You can catch this cavalcade during BOO Bash at 10:40PM and 11:55PM.
Maleficent’s Fiery Prowl
You can see Maleficent burn her way through the kingdom each night of Boo Bash at 10:50PM and 12:05AM, and she did NOT disappoint.

We saw some of Maleficent’s henchmen, who looked especially creepy.
And of course Maleficent herself in dragon form! Note that despite the official name of her cavalcade, Maleficent did NOT actually breathe any fire tonight.
We didn’t even realize how bad we needed this spooky celebration and enjoyed EVERY second! Stay tuned to DFB for all Boo Bash news and updates!
