We love finding secret menu items here at DFB!
We’ve found exclusive secret items at EPCOT’s Food and Wine Festival, hidden drinks at Trader Sam’s Grog Grotto, and even deliciously discreet appetizers over at Skipper Canteen! Well, today we discovered a hack not on the menu at BaseLine Tap House in Hollywood Studios that’s perfect for people who don’t drink beer, but still want something with alcohol!
BaseLine Tap House is known for having craft beers on tap, as well as a decent charcuterie board and a GIANT pretzel! They also usually have a hard cider, a couple mixed drinks, a couple wines, and a few non-alcoholic drinks to choose from.
None of those sound appealing to you? Well, guess what! We found out today that you can add liquor to the non-alcoholic drinks on the menu here!!
Yep, Cast Members told us they can add any of the liquors they have to the soda on tap or the strawberry lemonade! It’s not listed on the menu, but a single shot will make the drink $13 and you can get a double for $15!
We HAD to try this out, so we got the Barrilitos Strawberry Hibiscus Soda with Absolut Citron added in, and wow…we think we might’ve just found one of our favorite new drinks!
It was served over ice with a lemon wedge and was SUPER refreshing! The soda is basically a fun fruit juice that’s carbonated. It’s a little bit on the sweet side, which is why we chose the Citron vodka to cut the flavor with a little tartness. It ended up tasting sort of like a spiked, carbonated strawberry lemonade!
Although we chose vodka, you can choose whichever liquor your heart desires! Cast Members said adding vodka or rum to the strawberry lemonade is pretty popular. Keep in mind that if you pick a top shelf liquor, the drink could cost more, but the majority will be the same price once added to the drink.
So, if you’re looking for a carbonated drink with a little kick of alcohol, check this one out! If you don’t like strawberry or hibiscus, you might wanna skip this one, because you can definitely taste those flavors.
And $15 for a double is a really good value considering a lot of cocktails in Hollywood Studios are between $14 and $16. If you’re looking to try something not officially on the menu, check these drinks out! Stay tuned to DFB for more Disney tricks and tips.

Good info, thanks. Do they have Coke products as well that you can add liquor too, say a rum and coke?
DFB Sarah says
Beth, a reporter confirmed today that BaseLine does have a soda gun so you could get a rum and Coke there, yes.
